RESTCLOUD Insect and Butterfly Habitat Cage Terrarium Pop-up 12 x 14 Tall

We enjoyed using this net to observe butterfly metamorphosis. Worked nicely, however it is a little difficult to clean and get stains out when they emerge. Great price and got the job done and we will get a few seasons use of it.

I ordered the Restcloud Butterfly pop up habitat for my kindergarten class. My kids have really enjoyed watching the caterpillars make their chrysalis and emerge as butterflies. The habit is light weight and easy to clean. The cage has 2 easy access entrances. The habitat is reasonably priced and durable.

I had two fairly good sized monarch caterpillars. When I put the milkweed and caterpillars inside of the butterfly cage, my students and I could not see the caterpillars. The mesh made visibility too difficult for viewing.

Ive been raising monarchs for 13 years and my original pop-up habitat is starting to get a bit worn so I purchased this one and I have to say that Im extremely pleased that I did. The extra zipper door at the bottom is so very handy when most of the butterflies are at the top, on the top zipper and you cant open it in fear of hurting their legs. Im so very pleased with my purchase!

My family and I really enjoyed watching the caterpillars turn into butterflies. This habitat made it super easy for us to watch them change.

I got this for my grandchildren and they have hatched DOZENS of butterflies in it! So fascinating and has been a springboard to learning more about Monarchs, their habitat and life cycle, environmental issues affecting insects, and on and on. A great gift that kids dont tire of as soon as the batteries run out!

Easy to set up, easy to clean. We have 4 Caterpillars in cocoons in it already.
