> 24 hourSo far I’m loving this little guy. He’s my new best friend! My floors have never been cleaned. I have two cats and foster dogs, so animal hair gets pretty crazy around here, and I really hate sweeping, and a normal vacuum is cumbersome and tends to blow hair around. I haven’t played with many of the features yet, such as mopping or carpet boost because I haven’t needed to. I have all hard flooring with some rugs and it cleans them all. It usually runs for an hour and a half or more before it needs to charge (and covers all seven rooms of the main level), I let it charge up for a couple of hours, and run it again. The only downside I see is that it’s doesn’t find it’s way back to the charge if it’s too far away, but that’s fine by me. I take the time to empty the dust bin and clean the roller, then set it down in the same room as the charger and tell it to go charge. There’s a lip in the floor one of my rooms that close to an inch high. The vacuum gets stuck on it, sometimes it can get over, sometimes it can’t, but I don’t think that’s the vacuums fault. Otherwise it transfers between all the different flooring effortlessly. It sores under the couches seamlessly, which is fantastic, because let’s face it, there is no way I can clean under them with a standard vacuum. Basically, I love this thing. It’s always been my dream to have a robot vacuum (this is not a hyperbole), and on a drunken whim one night I ordered this and couldn’t be happier!

> 24 hourThe almost twice as expensive Shark AI mop & vac with mapping technology, could never map my house correctly and would totally miss sections of rooms. It also always got stuck on a small 3 drop down into the living room, but this one does that also. Although the mopping on this unit is pretty lame (water only) and it has issues making its way back to the dock to recharge, I def. do like this machine more. It gets a lot of pet hair, comes with a remote and is easy to use. I highly recommend the Tikom Robot Vacuum and Mop Combo.

> 24 hourI really liked this product but had to return it. The instructions on what it can and cant do are spot on. I liked the low level sound it made when it was working and being able to set a timer for cleaning. Unfortunately i have some no- go zones in my house and not enough strips and I didnt want to purchase them either. I also have carpets on my vinyl that are not recommended for use with this robot.

> 24 hourEdited: **Cleans exceptionally well. The run time is so long that it goes back and keeps cleaning until the battery runs low. I have 2 dogs and 3 kids and my floors are spotless.Definitely need to do a few trial runs to find where it likes to get stuck and correct the problem but then it’s perfect!** Cleans well but needs baby sat. It likes to get stuck in areas where my old one would turn and back out. If there’s a place to get stuck, it will find it. I’ve raised my sectional and closed off my bathroom( it likes to get lodged between my toilet and wall) and tucked all wires away and it can now get through a whole cycle without getting stuck.

> 24 hourThis vacuum is excellent! I have heard mixed things about robot vacuums before and some top brands, really expensive have bad reviews also, which has been discouraging. I finally decided to try this brand and loved the reasonable price. Started using it on day one and I have to say I am glad I purchased this. It does a pretty good job on my wooden floors, and even when I dont see any hairs or dust, the vacuum manages to grab a lot. The mopping feature is great since I clean my house once a week and can keep it even cleaner throughout the week with this robot. I can take care of my baby while the vacuum is doing its job :)

> 24 hourPros & Cons at bottom of post I am surprised that this robot vacuum found dirt to pick up after I used my normal push vacuum. It decided it was time to head back to the base at 16% battery. I was VERY impressed with how much it picked up on a light traffic floor of the house with 1 cat. While it will go over coax cable, make sure to pick up any unsecured cables on the floor. It managed to untangle itself several times due to my laziness and curiosity of how it would handle different obstacles. Also, a 2 meter long CVS receipt *almost* managed to clog it. However, the little vacuum kept going. Receipt trailing behind. The app is simple and easy to use. I use the carpet boost option, as it will be going from tile to carpet. My personal opinion, max suction is a waste of battery for hard floors; yet great for my low & medium length carpets. I fully charged the vacuum before use (as the instructions state to do). It took around 4.5 hours for a full charge from 16% battery. Pros: Great suction, works on pet hair, good run time, determined when stuck & can untangle itself, app works well, notifications on my phone, vacuums efficiently by mapping the floor, doesnt fall down stairs, respects (magnetic strip) boundaries, no issues going from carpet to tile to an area rug, easy empty dust bin, includes a brush/hair cutting tool built in, and not too loud. Cons: Will wedge itself under some 3 spaces (sofa, table, chair) and become stuck (but easily fixed with a magnetic boundary), the cat doesnt ride on it like Ive seen in those adorable videos, the app has a location access nag screen (but the app can still be used without enabling location)

> 24 hourWe had an issue with our robot and I emailed support. Within a day, I received an answer and within a week the issue has been resolved.

> 24 hourLove this robot vacuum so much. Its way stronger than the other robot vacuums on the market at 4500 suction power. Its almost as good as my dyson animal v11. It definitely cuts back on cleaning. You really cant beat the price and quality of this product. Its definitely worth the purchase. I was so amazed and shocked at how much it picks up even with daily sweeps. Ive raved about this product to everyone. Its my first time purchasing a robot vacuum and Im so glad it was this one. Im super picky about cleanliness and dust and this one is just great!

> 24 hourAfter doing a lot of research to find a good robot vacuum and mop it became obvious that the Tikom robot would be the best value buy. For a long time I thought that if I wanted a good robot vacuum I would have to spend $500+, I now know that that is not the case. I also really liked the modern looking a sleek design of this robot vacuum. I opted to buy the Tikom model with the stronger suction and I’m so happy that I did, especially because I have two pets (a cat and a dog). Every time I run it I am shocked by how much dust/dirt it picks up. If you’re a cat owner you know how annoying it can be to have to constantly sweep up cat litter. Thankfully the Tikom has no problem vacuuming up my cats litter. Also, I really like that it runs in straight lines instead of moving randomly like other robot vacuums. Because of this, I feel like it gets a more thorough clean without missing any spots. It has no problem going under the couch or any beds, which is great since those aren’t usually places that I clean myself. Since I have a very open concept home I didn’t think the mapping feature that some more expensive vaccines have was necessary. All in all it’s perfect for my two bedroom apartment!

> 24 hourIf replacement parts were easy to purchase this thing would be 5 stars. Long battery life and easy to take apart and clean. For the price you aren’t going to find a better robot vacuum.
