This is a good vaccum and has made things much easier for me in terms of cleaning. However, it needs a map feauture because it often goes to places it cant reach and gets stuck and it wastes battery life. I havent had a chance to use the remote control so far so I cant say how well it works.

Very easy to set up! I have Roise set to vaccuum every Thursday morning while I am at work but I think Im going to change the time to closer when I get home. We set it up and ran it for the first time Thanksgiving day. It did excellent but wouldnt fit under the couch, which was ok with us. But the past two weeks I have gotten a notification that Roise was stuck, when I got home she was under the couch! Its like a disobedient toddler, it will only get under the couch if Im not looking. I have not tried the mop function so I cant comment on that but I am more than satisfied with my purchase and for less than $200 too!!

This works great for my household life day to day. Helps keep my floors clean from my two year old who is always messy. I love it and could not ask for better.

I have an L-shaped kitchen island my Roomba could not navigate. This one has no problems. Im enjoying my floor being much cleaner! The capacity is good. I have a 5yo, and theres always good on the floor the suction is so good once it pulled a plastic bag with a can in it from under the couch and dragged it around the room. Now I always check under the couch. It can do my entire kitchen-dining living area in one charge. As far as the mopping, you fill a reservoir and attach a mop pad. It vacuums at the same time. It doesnt scrub, so its more like putting a shine on a floor thats not too dirty. Excellent value for the price.

I bought this product specifically to help pick up fur and other debris left from my two dogs (German shepherd/pit bull mix and maltipoo). Our house has hardwood flooring, and our German shepherd/pit bull mix sheds a ton. The manual and assembly to get the product started was pretty straightforward. I left the vacuum and mop combo on to clean the floor randomly for about an hour, and the majority of the hardwood flooring in the kitchen and living room were extremely clean! You can control the vacuum from an app, which makes things a lot easier. You can turn the vacuum on/off, have it to go back to its charging station, schedule automatic cleaning times, adjust the suction and water control rate, and more. You just have to make sure your floor is clear of anything the vacuum might get stuck on, and you’re good! Also, don’t forget to refill the mop section with water and empty out the dust tray, which is pretty easy to do. I would definitely recommend giving this robot vacuum and mop combo a try.

We bought this vacuum to help keep our churchs welcome space cleaned up. We had a problem that our dark floors always showed dirt, dust and small debris. This vacuum overall does a nice job of sucking up and mopping the floors. You still have to do a deep clean but for spot cleaning and regular quick cleaning it does a nice job.

This is a great item for vacuuming, but the mopping doesnt really work. Its basically pointless. I have 4 large dogs and 5 kids, this has been a great purchase for helping with keeping the floors (all tile) clean. I use a swiffer wet jet to do the mopping.

I really love this vacuum. I’m a working mom with 4 kids and 2 large dogs, this has been a life saver!! Only dummer is it doesn’t get along with my rug(long haired). But gets into every room and no trouble getting through door ways!

I very much so enjoy this Vacuum. It is very simple to understand instructions. It comes with extra pieces which is very convenient. I can easily program this to work while I’m not home. I also have the peace of mind that when I’m having a busy day with my kiddos, I can at least say vacuuming got done. My kids aren’t scared of it either as they are of normal vacuums. We act like it’s our pet and we have named it shadow.

I was looking for a robot vacuum cleaner that works and wont cost too much. Came across this product with great reviews. My biggest worry was my dog biting and breaking it. After just a few minutes of barking at it she finally calmed down and now it doesnt bother her anymore. Im very pleased and happy with this purchase and definitely will recommend to anybody who wants a robot cleaner without breaking the bank. The only things really is its not very smart but still works!
