Greater than one weekI absolutely love the robot vacuum! Vacuum has amazing suction, picks up hair and crumbs better than my dyson did. Has a mop and vacuum feature. I never see dust on my wood floors anymore since using this vacuum/mop I can spend more time for my other daily chores knowing my floors can be swept and mopped. Absolutely recommend this vacuum! Has features so awesome from manual to edge cleaning and random, can even send to go charge, by a click of the button. Connects to phone app. Ty for having such an amazing product available! Can use on carpet and wood floors!

> 3 dayWe have been hesitant to purchase a robotic vacuum because of the price, noise and not knowing how effective they were at vacuuming. The XIEBro vacuum does a good job of vacuuming and we feel the house is cleaner. Here are things we like and don’t like about the vacuum: Pros: The suction is very good and picks up dust and hair without a problem. You can program it to come on at a specific day and time and it has a repeatable schedule. It maneuvers around tables and chairs very well. Easy to clean and a extra set of brushes and HEPA filter are provide. The noise is not bad particularly when you program it for quite mode. The battery allows the vacuum to operate for about 90 minutes. Cons: We wish the software was more robust so that you could program the vacuum for “virtual” walls so that the XIEBro would avoid specific areas. The mop, while a nice idea, is not useful. We agree with other reviewers that the mop feature on the vacuum functions as a damp rag that you would lightly push around the floor. In other words, it does not do much. Dropping the price to below $200 was our motivation to buy it and try it. At that price, it is a fine purchase and recommended.

> 3 dayI was skeptical at first, the price seemed low compared to other similar products, but this little baby does the job very well. I have two dogs and hardwood floors in my new place the pet hair was insane! I would give 4.5 stars but that is not an option, only because it is a bit noisy on hardwood floors especially when bumping into the wall lol, but ultra quiet on carpeted areas. I have it running 3x a day and I love it! I just have to remember not to trip over it and to clean out the tank often, I have pets that shed a lot! Other than that, I am pet-hair-free!!!! Wooooo Hoooooo!!

19-11-2024We have an open area on our first level with hardwoods and a few rugs. This little girl that we have nicknamed Roberta takes off and cleans the floors with amazing suction and cleaning. We do pick up small items like pet toys before setting Roberta off to work. She sometimes will get hung up on a rug, but she does a great job of untangling herself. We love watching her readjust and get busy. She gently bumps into furniture and goes around the coffee table. The remote works great. She puts herself in her charging station when done. Since we have a pet, we do have to empty Roberta after each use due to the amount of dirt and hair she collects. Welcome to our home Roberta.

Greater than one weekWhile I’m on unit #2, I have been very surprised and happy with it. The first one got lost and ran out of battery power on the second day of use, but then would not start back up. It said it was charging but after 18 hours of charging it still wouldn’t restart. The second one I’ve used daily since it arrived, day four of having one, and I haven’t had any issues with it. My only complaint is that it doesn’t pick up objects larger than a grain of sand. I do landscaping and end up bringing materials from the job sites on my shoes into the house and the vacuum doesn’t get everything. With that said though, we are testing it against my mother in law’s Roomba (a $500 unit). We ran the Roomba and cleaned the out our current one, then started running our current one to see how much it picks up that the Roomba missed, if any. We plan to do this for a week. We will see and I will update this review when the trial is finished. So after several weeks of the testing we found that the they miss about the same amount. The Roomba seems to handle larger items better than this one (leaves and such). So we decided to run the Roomba more and use this one for spot cleaning. I ended up having to cut the floor out of my bathroom to replace rusted pipes and decided to see what this one would do with out a filter. It was cheap so why not play with it? Without the filter it sucked up the sawdust (I used a chainsaw to cut the floor out) extremely well. So I decided to put the foam filter back in but not the other one. I’ve been running it like this for a week and love the results. It traps all but the finest of the dust and still sucks up all of the larger stuff it missed before. Very pleased with the results. Six month update, it’s still going strong even with only using the foam filter. We don’t run it daily and soon it is going to get moved out to a smaller house we have on our property just to aid in cleaning there while I remodel it. I often think about buying several of these to just sit and wait for this one to crap out, but would only do so if the price was right.

Greater than one weekWe got this guy for a early black Friday deal. We are a poor house unit and usually cant afford higher end items like this. When this robo vaccum was on sale, we thought it was the perfect opportunity to get one. For context, Im chronically disabled and my partner is autistic. Cleaning has always been difficult, especially the floors. As disgusting as it is, we just sort of let the floor get bad. Hairs and debree got stuck, and our mop wasnt the best. We did sweep occasionally, but we are busy and have to go to my appointment, so there wasnt much we could do to handle the filth. Because homes usually get worse during the holidays because you are staying in more, I got a vaccum that wasnt a robot vacuum to help. However, we needed a mop, and our current mop wasnt very good. Because of that, even if $200 is a lot for people like us, we figured the deal was more than worth it because we very much needed it. And oh boy, we did. PROS: Cleans floors amazingly Isnt too loud Mops and vacuums at the same time, something that would otherwise be impossible with regular household gear and a regular cleaning regiment. Gives our house more life, and can be fun to look and interact with Is able to timed and customized endlessly with the in built app App is free Is easy to connect to charger CONS: Small water tank so it doesnt mop for very long. Water tank drips even when not attached to vaccum Gets stuck in desk chairs Has an AI which while advanced, may be lacking in certain areas since desk chairs and chairs in general are a major obstacle for it Can get large mads of hair stuck half way easily, leading to an awkward hair trail or something that could become a huge mess if not taken out Beyond that, this is a great product. I still rate it 5 stars despite the issues stated since theyre minor inconveniences and dont ruin the product. However if the company can improve the product, that would be very much appreciated.

> 3 dayMy first vacuum wouldn’t run for more than 20 minutes and had issues with mopping so I attempted to exchange it through the company. They responded to me in an attempt to troubleshoot and then cut all communication when I made it clear I simply wanted to exchange the item. I ultimately made a return via Amazon and then purchased the vacuum at a higher price. My second vacuum maintains charge and runs for a full cycle but has major issues putting out water (just like the first). In the time I spend unclogging the tiny little water holes, I could just clean my floors. Disappointing for an $800 vacuum. In theory I love it. In reality? Junky.

> 3 dayThis is a good system and does a good job. I want to start this by saying that. Setup was simple, the app works well. Suction is good, trap size is significant that you can empty it after each cleaning cycle, dont have to interrupt it during a cleaning to empty it (unless your place is a total mess). The mop function works well too, I make a mixture of pine sol and water and put it in a bottle under the sink and use that to fill this for mopping. Now for the negative part. It keeps getting stuck in exactly the same places. Some I was able to block off but other times it gets stuck in places I cant block off, like three floor registers. If it rides up the register in the right way, it will get stuck on the registers open/close lever. It also rides up the kitchen chair bar (my chairs have s-shape supports and it gets stuck on the bottom bars). It is also for floors, not carpet. I have to pull up my bath mat before this starts or it will get stuck on the mat. It has also grabbed my shoe laces and gotten stuck there by my shoes. While all of these things are expected, what is not expected is that the mapping program cant remember where it got stuck last time and not go there. I have pulled it off the floor register and hit the button to continue and watched it go right back onto the register and get stuck again. Watched this process 4x before I pushed it across the room away from the register and hit the continue button. When it runs when I am not at home my question every time I walk in is where did this dumb robot get stuck this time. Maybe someday there will be a software update for this and I will change this to 5 stars.
