Easy to set up, easy to do pretty much everything. My only complaint is how easily it snags cord and wires, but that is easily remedied by keeping any wires from dragging the floor, even behind your couch. The low profile design allows this lil guy to go everywhere. We have a 115 pound doggo who sheds a lot, so the first time I ran the vacuum it needed to be emptied many times during the first run. Now I run it once a day, and empty it twice while it is running, and again when it returns to the charging station. Works great on our hardwood floors, not great at all on our rug, or our indoor welcome mat. The vacuum doesnt pick up large stuff very well, but it does great for dog hair and any dust. Ive not used the mop function though, so I cant be much help on that end.

Its the best thing i got on black Friday because at that time it was cheap and i really like this robot as now i don’t have to take a big vaccum and clean everything myself. Many people told me that robovaccum for small houses is not good and not efficient but i really recommend this to everybody asit made my life so easy. My routine is everyday when i go to take a shower, i turn on and it cleans everything for me without me doing anything. It even has the mop option which still i have to try but i am really happy buying this.

Like the easy start up and ability to control the unit. Good mopping skills since it avoided my dogs and the table legs while cleaning the kitchen floor.

We have had a robot vacuum for a long time, we own a Golden Retrieve and hardwood floors lol. We bought this one because the price was so good. We run both now every day - Golden Retriever owners will understand why. The K10 Robot Vacuum Cleaner runs quieter, suck up dog hair better and runs longer on a charge than the one weve had for a while. The mop feature is something we wanted to try. It works okay for dander and dust. I am a bit concerned that parts are not clearly and easily associated with the product on the page but it came with enough extra parts - sweepers, filters and pads - to keep it going for a while.

I am very satisfied with my purchase. I have small 3 level condo. 2people and no pets. Cleaning for Robot is easy, I just need to bring it from first floor to second and to 3rd. I am very glad that it has step awareness, so I don’t have to block stairs. It has hard time to navigate around dining room chairs. May be high end upper expensive robots have better intelligence to navigate furniture, but for my needs and budgets this robot is all I need. Haven’t use mop options yet

Is very confortable use the remote control to access the more dificult areas that you want to clean better

This vacuum was great for me, it hits underneath tables and couches. I programmed it to run all day while Im at work and charge at night while Im sleeping. Its nice to come home to a freshly vacuumed house. Sometimes it does get jammed up in my kids room but that has more to do with toys laying around than anything else. All in all, I would recommend and purchase again.

This is my first robot vacuum with a mopping option. My first product, a Deebot still works but has needed service and recently a new battery. I moved into a new home with all wood & ceramic tile floors on the first floor. With all the sanding & painting we needed to do, the floors were always dusty and gritty even after a swiffer cleaning. My Deebot cleaned pretty well but I wanted the floor washed. I had an opportunity to buy this mop combo with a discount so I bought it after reading the reviews. If nothing else I would have a backup if the older one died again. It was easy to get started. It came quickly and almost fully charged from what I could tell. I plugged in the charger and let it charge for about 20 minutes and then set it loose. I was leaving the house for a while so I cleared everything out of the way. Easy to do in the living room since our furniture had not yet arrived. I filled it with tap water and watched it for a few minutes. I liked how it cleaned back and forth in parallel lines unlike my Deebot that went all over in a random pattern. At first I could not see the wetness but after a few seconds could easily see where it the floor had been mopped. We then left the home to hope for the best. When I came back home the living floor looked great! I forgot to close the bedroom door so I found it in my master bathroom on the rug. Oops! I emptied the dust bin and checked on the water. Very little water was used. The dust bin had a surprising amount in it since I thoroughly vacuumed before I started the mop. I returned it to the charger. Next time I will make sure to close the bathroom door and not worry about any prep of the floor since it did both jobs at the same time beautifully. I did not yet add the app and use the wi-fi function but will try that soon. One thing I missed from my Deebot was a pocket on the charger to store the remote. This one came with 2 AAA batteries for the remote and an extra set of replacement side brushes as well as one extra filter. Hopefully I will have many cleanings with my new robot.

I really love this vacuum. I’m a working mom with 4 kids and 2 large dogs, this has been a life saver!! Only dummer is it doesn’t get along with my rug(long haired). But gets into every room and no trouble getting through door ways!

We love it, but the only thing is most of the time it vacuums only one room and we have to pick it up and move it to do another room. Besides that. It has really help keep our floors clean when we have 2 cats and one sheds, so if you have kids or cats this product is awesome for you
