**UPDATE** I have had this vacuum for two months now and the battery life has went down from 2 hours to one hour of operation. The vacuum will sometimes make stupid moves and not find doorways and rooms or will make a ring around the walls of a room and then just go on to another room. And sometimes it works wonderfully. Except for the battery life it seems to work most of the time. I just replaced the battery with the one from the first vacuum and will see how long it will last. Well ordered my first robot vacuum (different brand) back during the Prime days in July. Took forever to come and I received the wrong item ( a mattress pad) and Amazon was sold out by then and I got a refund. Oh well reordered a Tikom and the vacuum arrived worked about 2 weeks and then lost its sensor for the floor. Got a full refund at that time and since Im in South Korea, they said to keep the defective one. So I reordered again and this time its been working for a month and all is well! Oh and the price dropped $10 on the final order! Great vacuum for the price its not too smart but it gets the job done and my wife is happy with its work.

I cant say enough about this machine! I had been using a robot sweeper and a robot mopping unit which were made by another manufacturer. When I saw this all-in-one unit on sale, I decided to give it a try simply for the convenience of having one unit to activate. Yes, it has definitely more convenient, but the other things it delivered were totally unexpected! It, by far, covers a larger area in much less time and, surprisingly, its much quieter and does a better job. I actually am still in disbelief. Robot sweepers and moppers are perfect for pet owners and homes that have a lot people in and out. I dont have carpet so I cant speak for the job it does on carpet, but it is able to navigate onto rugs and continue to do its job. These type of units are especially wonderful on hardwood and laminate floors. I run mine every day, and every day I am surprised by the amount of hair, hair, etc. collected. Important things to know about robot vacuums and mops: * They are not going to get into cracks and crevices. Some people may want to deep clean occasionally. * Because they have a low profile, they get under chairs and other furniture with legs which means you dont have to stoop down or move furniture. *The sweeper cannot handle foreign objects so a quick look around before starting it is a good idea. * The mop feature uses water only. This concerned me at first but, in truth, my floors feel and look cleaner than when I used chemicals. After I ran the mopper a few times, I realized that my floors must have had a residue left from my other cleaners. The mopper cleaned up that residue, and the floors have a sheen again. In my opinion, a benefit to using water only is the floors, with no chemicals, are safer for pets, kids and everyone in the home. I actually could go on and on about this. It has changed my life. I have clean floors all the time now with very little effort.

This is one of the best things I’ve ever bought. It saves so much time and energy. We still do sweeping in the kitchen after meals or if there’s a spill, but for the most part this little robot vacuum does all the floor cleaning. If we want a deep cleaning, we just use the magnetic strip to limit where the vacuum can go. It does a good job on the hard wood floors and on the area rug. We haven’t tried it when the floor is a mess, like if someone brings dirt and leaves in the entryway on their shoes, but it might work. It is good for the daily dust and little bits of things that end up on the floor. The mop feature is okay, not amazing, but I’ll take it over hand mopping and hopefully the technology will improve over time.

Es práctica y alivia la tarea de aseo en casa. La aspiradora es bastante buena, aunque en espacios estrechos y equinas no puede llegar, así que es algo que hay que hacer con el método tradicional. La trapeadora es buena si el piso no tiene manchas gruesas, porque no limpia completamente. Tiene la opción de limpieza smart, pero no es muy eficiente. Puede hacer varias pasadas por el mismo sitio y, eventualmente, no limpiar una habitación (creo que este detalle debe ser revisado por el fabricante). Cuáles son las ventajas: aspirada y limpia mientras UD se ocupa de otras cosas, puede activarla mediante la aplicación cuando no esté en casa, ahorra tiempo, tiene una batería con carga para 1 hora lo cual le permite cubrir un área de unos 80 m2. Desventajas: debe UD repasar la tarea con los medios tradicionales, según su grado de pulcritud. Advertencia: no es una desventaja, pero cuando lo pone a limpiar debe retirar los obstáculos como cables, alfombras altas u otras cosas, para que no se enrede o se traben las ruedas. Conclusión: !!!vale la pena¡¡¡

Yes, had now a few months, it does work, however not all that great on carpet. Did not expect much more than a general cleaning in between my normal cleanings. For the price, Id buy it again. Picks up dust under beds which is the main reason bought it on the first place.

I absolutely LOVE this household helper! We have two teens and three cats equaling LOTS of fur, crumbs and dirt. I’m extremely impressed and satisfied with this purchase. I cannot believe how well it picked everything up. We have hard floors, but this little robot easily transitioned between are waterproof laminate and most of my throw rugs (the ones I didn’t think needed picking up before I ran it). When I emptied this little vacuum I could not believe the amount of junk in there. I ran it two days in a row and the second day it’s still picked up quite a bit that I couldn’t imagine would even be there. The suction power is fab, I paired it with Alexa, which rocks and it is VERY WUIET for a machine (unlike our dishwasher, microwave, AC and furnace units and washing machine. I then ran the mopping feature and this also did a much better job than I anticipated. It did not get up the sticky gunk but I just went and spot cleaned those per usual, no biggie. The microfiber mopping attachment cloth is easy to wash simply with water if you fold it in half “face to face” and scrub under running water. Set up was easy because if I can do it, anyone can! VERY SATISFIED WITH THIS PURCHASE! Will make me feel SO MUCH BETTER about my floors and home!

I was having issues with my robot vacuum and contacted customer support. They were quick to respond and ultimately were able to help me with a new device. I love this device and Im so glad they were able to help me with my problem!

I loved this vacuum. It worked great for the first 2 weeks and it stopped working. I contacted the seller with the issue, and they were able to send me another one. The new one had different color packaging but the vacuum itself looks the same. The only issue now is that its having trouble connecting to my wifi. It says not to use the 5g wifi but I cant figure out how to get my router to provide non-5g signals. Im manually starting the vacuum now vs scheduled times I had before, but it still works great for me.

Overall i am happy with it I like that it goes left to right not a random route like my old one. i also like that you can vacuum and mop at the same time. that was the selling point for me. It does good vacuuming and decent at mopping. i have laminate floors which i think is supposed to get the lowest water setting for mopping. I had to set it to the highest water setting to ever see a difference on the floors. which is not a big deal it just doesnt put out as much water as they expect i guess. Also one thing i dont like is if you press the home button before it decides that it needs to go home to charge, it doesnt know how to get home. it continues to do its route just with the suction turned off which is useless. As long as you let it run until the battery gets low then you will be fine. Just has been an issue for me. Also sometimes it runs into things kind of hard. not a gentle touch sometimes. All in all it does what its supposed to do. The app is how i control it and its decent not great. Cant beat the price for what it does.

Ive had this for a couple weeks and it does a good job of vacuuming. Im always surprised at how much this little thing picks up when I go to dump the dust bin. I havent used the mop option yet.
