This is my first ever robot vacuum, so I was taking a chance with it with the good reviews it has. It definitely is easy to use. The app and the remote are easy to use, and the app is easy to connect to. The suction power is great. We use the normal suction power level and that picks up everything. It has a strong suction level but dont even have to use that! It is also pretty quiet too, and I like that it has a filter and pretty good size bin for what it picks up. I would give it 5 stars, but Ive found that you really have to work with it to make sure it doesnt suck up things you dont want it to if you put it in auto mode and leave it alone to vacuum, like wires, pet toys, rugs, etc. Sometimes it gets lost and you definitely have to create boundaries for it so it can run by itself without issue on automatic mode. I live in an apartment and do have many obstacles that it can run into, which it learns very quickly about. But it definitely takes a little bit of learning your house so it doesnt get stuck in places and learning the vacuum. Overall, 4/5 because Ive had to work through some tech issues with it. But I like that it gets to places I cant with my vacuum. So planning to keep it! Hope this helps anyone curious about this robot vacuum!

Robot cleans great. It has changed our lives for the better.

I bought this for the price. I use it for the kitchen mostly. It runs every other day. The price is what attracted me. There is a lot of prep to run this machine. Even when the magnetic strips are placed to keep it out of an area it will push them out of the way and get stuck So far it gets stuck under the cabinet (see picture). It also hangs up on the door stop. (See pic). Hangs up under the couch. I initially has it program to smart. I noticed it would do the edges of the room many many times and rarely touch the center of the room often leaving it obviously dirty. I recently set it to random and notices it cleans better. I no longer let it run if Im not home. The things I did like. It came with multiple filters, an extra moping pad and brushes. The dirt trap is easy to empty. It does an ok job but does not take the place of manually mopping. I was hoping if I ran it every other day I wouldnt have to manually mop as often. So far not happening. If I had it to do over I would have spent more money and gotten a different one.

We don’t have a massive house or apartment but the battery is somehow always out when we need it. The retaining capacity of the battery is very bad. In terms of function it does the work as required but what’s the point of that if you can’t use it when you want.

This is one of the best things I’ve ever bought. It saves so much time and energy. We still do sweeping in the kitchen after meals or if there’s a spill, but for the most part this little robot vacuum does all the floor cleaning. If we want a deep cleaning, we just use the magnetic strip to limit where the vacuum can go. It does a good job on the hard wood floors and on the area rug. We haven’t tried it when the floor is a mess, like if someone brings dirt and leaves in the entryway on their shoes, but it might work. It is good for the daily dust and little bits of things that end up on the floor. The mop feature is okay, not amazing, but I’ll take it over hand mopping and hopefully the technology will improve over time.

Ive had it about the month and I LOVED how quiet it was at the beginning and it does get louder and louder each time even with emptying and scrubbing after every vacuum BUT the vacuum mop combo for this price is so worth the sound!

probably a great product for a bigger house with very minimal furniture, and open spaces . I have a small place (1100 sq ft) and it was just a pinball bouncing from one piece of furniture to the next. getting stuck everywhere prompting me to get up from my desk and check where its stuck and readjust- all day.
