Well, I dont have pets that shed a lot of hair.....but the dust, I dont know where it all comes from. I didnt want to invest in a very expensive product, and saw this online. The reviews were good, so I took a chance. I cant say Im disappointed. This baby does a pretty good job. I havent owned it very long, so I cant rate the longevity, but so far, so good. Its like having a robo-pet roaming the house. Cracks me up when it finds its way back to the charging station. Great product for the price. I actually bought one for my son and his wife. They have two Labradors, so Im interested to hear how it works for them.

I contacted the seller because my base broke and I wanted a replacement. They were quick to help and sent me the link for the replacement. I’ve had this vacuum for over a year and it still works perfectly, I absolutely love it!

Our first. This is an excellent little tool especially on large flat/hardwood floors. The dirt box is a testament to how much it sucks up. Tons of dust and dog hair from around the living room alone. We only paid $89 on Amazon so good deal. They are more now. But well worth it. Good, clean design, tough motor and suction for what it is. Dont expect a vacuum cleaner, this is dust and hair/fluff etc only. But quiet and great maneuverability and sensor capabilities. I never write reviews but this warrants it.

The only issue i have is the the brushes fall off too easily.
