It’s a good vacuum. When it stopped working customer support was helpful and sent a replacement

Product is older and will not pair. Spent over a hour trouble shooting. I purchased one three weeks ago and loved it so much that I talked a friend into getting one and I bought another. Very disappointing. Update 3/30/23 Brushes come off and you have to hunt them down. Do not buy this model. After complaining customer service did make it right and are sending me a different model.

Customer service is really great at handling issues. The vacuum meets the needs of our household.

I contacted the seller because my base broke and I wanted a replacement. They were quick to help and sent me the link for the replacement. I’ve had this vacuum for over a year and it still works perfectly, I absolutely love it!

Update: Well, I got a new unit from the factory and let me tell you, there customer service is AMAZING! Ive been using this vacuum in a different area of my house and so far so good. The Pros: The battery lasts forever it seems! It does two bedrooms, a walkin closet, a hallway, a landing and a bathroom before it goes back to the charger! It goes back to the charger every time (I hope I didnt just jinx that)! And this is after going from one bedroom, to the hallway, to another bedroom, to the hallway then landing then to a bathroom, then back to the hallway, to my bedroom and my walk in closet and then back to the charger. Its amazing! Oh, did I mention that on the landing there is a cliff and stairs. It hasnt fallen off once (again, I hope I didnt just jinx that)! Update: I ran my Roomba in the same place and the Roomba got stuck on the ledge the first time out. Roomba 0 Lefant 1! Super light and quiet Its been picking stuff up better than the first unit I got, but its still missing the big stuff. I was kindly sent directions from CS on how to increase the suction, so Im hoping that will cure it. Its super gentle when it runs into things. Stay tuned for an update after I figure out how to make the suction stronger and I give it the roomba3 test The pros: super easy to set up, light, super quiet, didn’t get stuck on things other vacuums would. The cons: I would say it picked up half the dirt and hair that my Rumba 960 does. I would run this vacuum and then run my Rumba960 and my Rumba would collect a ton of dirt this guy missed. When I reversed that challenge, this vacuum would be empty. I think this might work better on hardwood floors as it had a suction hole on the bottom vs brushes. The price is great at $-123 but it doesn’t really work that well so….:-( For - a couple hundred bucks more u can get the Rumba i3 which works just as good if not better than my Rumba960, which is what I ended up doing. The i3 was just as quiet as this guy and my floors are emasculate even with a Shiba Inu.

I guess it does what its suppose to do. Little disappointed that it didnt come with a controller. To change the settings. Im having a hard time connecting it to the Wi-Fi to be able to use it with my phone. Its just ok. I have bought many different kinds recently they seam to work for a few weeks and then stop working. This one so far so good we shall see how long this Ive will hold up.

Good value for the money. Quiet vacuum and seems to do an efficient job. Can not connect to app which is disappointing….

Waited to get this until a sale was going on because I didn’t know how well it would work for us due to us having two dogs that shed. When I say shed I mean A LOT. We run this little guy every other day and we call him Jabba (the suck) like from Star Wars. He picks up all of the dog hair wonderfully. It was worth every penny honestly. I no longer have to vacuum every day. We also have a couple of rugs that he navigates quite well over. Unknown as to how he would do on carpet but hard wood and area floors he does amazing. Couldn’t recommend this more!

This little robo vac is the best!!!! It’s simple, but EFFECTIVE, and that’s all I need!! It does what it promises, and does it well. No complaints. I wish I’d bought it sooner! Best money I’ve spent in a long while!
