We had our Lefant vacuum for six months, ran into a problem and engaged with them for assistance. Communications were promptly replied within the next day (time zones! and when the problem could not be resolved they shipped us a new vacuum! We love this little vacuum! Its perfect for our home with the daily duty of picking up the leftovers that our regular vacuum misses, between the dog hair, the dirt and dust and cant forget about all the kiddos crumbs they leave behind. Our floors are the cleanest theyve ever been! Highly recommend!

I bought this unsure how it would work. E were surprised it was an awesome purchase. Unfortunately the battery was defective and the company has been great with communication and is sending a new product which Is awesome and they lived up to the promise of warranty.

It’s great at its job but controlling it through the app is difficult

I have been wanting one of these for a while now and grabbed the deal on the Lefant. It amazes me how much this little circular thing picks up and cleans from my carpets and hard floors. It is an excellent product and I am very happy I finally bought it. I named it Floora :)

It wont pair with my internet because its not specifically 2.4ghz. Which is crazy. The pairing just doesnt work. However, when I push the button manually, it does what it needs to do. The floors get clean. It cant clean the carpet because I cant activate the suction since it doesnt pair to the app, but its great over my hardwood floors. Hasnt gotten stuck and finds its way back to the charger each time. Edited: the customer service for Leafant is the best Ive ever had to work with. They sent me a remote for the robot which allows me to access the features that I couldnt with the app. As such, the robot does great at its job. Im very pleased with it! The four stars is only because I wish the internal compartment where all the trash goes was bigger, lol.

I had a previous version of this robot vacuum which was fine. This model is SO much better. It really is tangle free, even with our high pile rugs. It senses when its getting stuck about 90% of the time and stops spinning and tries to back up while turning off suction. It also has found its way to the charging port every night whereas the previous model got lost or stuck and the battery died. It also holds a lot more dirt than the old model and is easier to clean.

I bought this one sale on day, not expecting much, and have been pleasantly surprised! It does it’s job properly. Occasionally it gets stuck, but that is normal for any wireless vacuum. The value of this product is more then worth it.
