Rockland Melbourne Hardside Expandable Spinner Wheel Luggage, Black, 2-Piece Set (20/28)

Generally like these bags but the wheels are a different story. The rubber outer layer of a few of the wheels has completely separated from the main body of the wheel. The wheels seem to be easily removeable (1 main screw and 3 smaller ones positioned eccentrically around the main one). If anyone can advise where I can obtain replacement wheels, I’ll be grateful.

Carry on starting falling apart after 3 uses. Expandable handle stuck in up position then nylon on compartment separation ripped. Now I have one mismatched large luggage as carry on is useless with stuck handke

Loved everything about the luggage-except: 1st time I used it 1 of tve wheels totally broke off.

I liked the maneuverability. I liked the style. I didn’t like the construction of the suitcases, the larger one dented in on the corner just from getting it in and out of the vehicle.

I ordered these for a trip and they were super late. I had to call customer support and they said my package was lost or stolen. They gave me a full refund and said I could keep them, if they were to show up. Which I never expected to happen but they ended up coming the next week! Pain in the butt but in the end, awesome!!!

The minute I took the blue suitcases out of the box I was overwhelmed by the smell. Didnt even want to give them a chance and leave them open to see if it went away. I was getting a headache. I had read about the odor it in few reviews but not so many that it prevented me from trying them. The expandable handles were very flimsy and since I will be traveling alone did not want to take a chance of them breaking. Very positive experience with return with UPS pick up next day.

Not sure yet bought for my other granddaughter she has not used them yet Ill let you know when she does

So excited to get these. Tested them on a short trip and my only criticism but a big one is the carry on is not balanced on the wheels. I couldnt push it as it would veer off course and would not stand upright unless the wheels were turned a certain way. So it fell over a lot. So that will never work for me on longer trips with 2 bags falling over so they are going back.

Great choice for the money. Only negative thing I could say is I wish they had more pockets.
