> 3 dayUpdate: The seller reached out to me after reading this review and offered a full refund or replacement. :) Original review: No instructions for the guide are included in the box. I stuck the guide to a clean, flat matte finish ceramic tile (not over a grout line), pressed the lever down, and there was enough suction to keep the guide on the wall, but not enough to keep it from wandering once I started drilling through the tile. I ended up making my own jig out of wood and clamping it in place to keep the bit from wandering. I drilled at medium speed using moderate pressure, pausing every ten seconds or so to mist the area with water. The 40mm bit worked fine, and got through the 7mm ceramic tile in a couple of minutes.

> 3 dayOverall, it worked as I needed it too. Out of the box I wasnt enthusiastic. The product came with a screw driver that extremely rusty. The products screws werent put in well so I thought I broke the product the moment I used it.

> 3 dayOne star off because one of the bearings was off and loose in the box. Thought it was missing a screw, but found it. The diamond saws , is what I expect. Not any better than others I have purchased and not any worse. Use water and they will give you good life. The suction on the guide was weird. It stuck good on tile but did not stick at all to a non porous formica top. Wish there was some sort of case though.

> 3 dayUpdate: Seller contacted me after the following review and offered to replace or refund. Also, after reading other reviews I would like to add a reminder to always use these with water (if you want them to work for more than 1 hole). That goes for any continuous surface diamond cutter. Keep applying water as cutting surface dries. Water will also help flush out the debris. Great selection of sizes for the price. Dont expect to do cut a lot of holes with any one. Found the diamond coating on the inner surface flacked off on the two larger sizes I used. Handy to have the selection of sizes for the occasional use. The slot for debris removal on the smaller sizes is too small. Kept having to stop and try to clean out the debris, which often got stuck inside when drilling porcelain tile. The 1/4 size lasted for about 11 holes going through 3/8 porcelain, thinset, and hardie board (about an inch thick). Should have invested in a good 1/4 diamond holesaw with large debris flute sooner. Way faster.

> 3 dayIn general work well. But first out of the box failed in 2 minutes. Would have given 5 star because it was inexpensive, had first not failed so fast

> 3 dayI installed a new quartz countertop and needed to drill holes for the faucet and vessel sink. This kit made it easy to start the hole and maintain the cut. I only made one hole with two different size bits, so I cant attest to how well they hold up. But the suction apparatus worked great and made the job much easier. Great kit for a home owner.
