> 3 dayOverall, it worked as I needed it too. Out of the box I wasnt enthusiastic. The product came with a screw driver that extremely rusty. The products screws werent put in well so I thought I broke the product the moment I used it.

> 3 dayIm installing a bathroom in my basement, and the shower is 100% tile, clay tile! I needed to install the water flow/temp control valve so I had to cut a 2 hole in the tile. I figured I could use my roto-zip with a tile/ceramic bit. I was wrong! I burned up 3 bits and only got about 70% of the hole cut. I purchased these cutting bits and they work great! I took the 2 bit and it ate through the tile in 15 seconds. Then I had to cut a 3/4 hole for the shower head, and it zipped through like a champ! I cant speak for longevity, but initial efficacy is outstanding! 10/10 would recommend.

> 3 dayUpdate: The seller reached out to me after reading this review and offered a full refund or replacement. :) Original review: No instructions for the guide are included in the box. I stuck the guide to a clean, flat matte finish ceramic tile (not over a grout line), pressed the lever down, and there was enough suction to keep the guide on the wall, but not enough to keep it from wandering once I started drilling through the tile. I ended up making my own jig out of wood and clamping it in place to keep the bit from wandering. I drilled at medium speed using moderate pressure, pausing every ten seconds or so to mist the area with water. The 40mm bit worked fine, and got through the 7mm ceramic tile in a couple of minutes.

> 3 dayI bought these to cut glass and ceramics. They work as described but won’t last very long. I got two good cuts and the diamond coating was almost completely gone. For big jobs I would purchase their higher quality cutting tools.

> 3 dayI bought this to drill through some marble and porcelain tile for a shower glass panel install. The guide helped in making clean holes and it held well. One of the bits completely bent out of shape on the first hole through the marble. I was still able to finish my install with another bit, with no further issues.
