> 24 hourIve had these skates for about 2 months now and have skated about 150 miles all outdoors in them. The boot and frame are holding up well considering how much Ive used them. I wear them very tightly and, as a result, the lower strap has started to slightly cut into the soft boot. Ive fallen a few times which has caused some scratches in the plastic around the boot and frame, but that would happen with any set of skates. I cant make a judgement about the bearings because I was foolish enough to take them through a puddle within the first three weeks so they lost their function. The 80A wheels that come on this skate wore down significantly within the first three weeks, about 40 miles on pavement, and I had to replace them with 85A RB Hydrogen wheels (add $65 to the price of the skate). The new wheels are a huge improvement to the quality of the skate. Im 197 lbs (probably closer to 230 on commuting days with all the gear I carry); if you weigh less than me your experience with the wheels may be quite different. This boot is very soft and comfortable. Maybe too soft; I dont feel like there is a good power transfer. I wouldnt trust them for city skating, jumping, or power slides. On the other hand, when I was younger I would always get blisters on the back of my heel from just a couple hours, but these skates never gave me any foot discomfort. The Rollerblade Zetrablade skates have been an excellent re-introduction to inline skating. Ive lost fat and gained muscle in my legs. Theyre good for commuting to and from work. My next pair will have three wheels at 110mm because I feel that would be better for pavement.

> 24 hourMy dog pulls me around the neighborhood, and these let him get up to a pretty good speed. Ive been using them for about 6 months and so far they are holding up great! Ive ridden in the rain even, and the bearings somehow managed to not rust and get all nasty like my skateboard, so that was a pleasant surprise. For the price, these are excellent entry level rollerblades!

> 24 hourI haven’t rollerbladed in years but decided to because my wife and daughter started. These were highly rated so I bought them and they did not disappoint. Good fit, nice ride, no blisters or anything. Good support also. Great for beginners.

> 24 hourFYI, I am not a beginner and I never stopped Rollerblading. I had some late 90s Rollerblade Fusion MX skates that started crack along the frame and wanted to get a quick cheap replacement to allow me to keep skating, but give me time to do research before purchasing a more expensive skate. I also wanted to see what the more entry level kind of skates had to offer these days before upgrading. My skating style is recreational trail and urban. I mainly go just to burn calories and be outdoors. Some background on my old skates. The Fusion MX was a top of the line recreational skate back in the day with a super solid full shell, and 3 heavy duty ratcheting buckles. No laces! They are heavy and only accept up to 80mm wheels I believe. Big, clunky, and slow, but SUPER secure! and heavily padded. I got the Fusions second hand in the early 2000s as new skates from my dad who never used them. The Fusions replaced my original Rollerblade Lightnings and were a huge upgrade. These new Zetrablade skates are almost the opposite. Very light, one buckle with laces, but still small wheels I was apprehensive, but once I tried them out AND figure out how to tighten them correctly they did the job! They were comfortable, more secure than I thought they would be, and faster. These skate worked great for the price! However, I still preferred my clunky old skates, because even though these were more secure than I thought they would be, they couldnt hold a candle to my Fusion MXs. Since wearing these skates I have fallen twice, hurting myself in one of the falls. I had to go back to wearing pads and a helmet. I was not wearing them because I had not fallen in 15 years in my Fusions! These skates also feel less maneuverable, they may have more space between the wheels (I have not compared yet) making them harder to turn, and the less support may make them harder to turn as well. While not perfect, these types of skates allowed me to figure out that I probably should be in the Twister XT for my style of skating and I will upgrade to those by next summer. If you are a beginner I would highly recommend these! The price is awesome! As I write this they are even one third off of the MSRP, which would make them even less expensive than the Rollerblade Lightnings were in the mid nineties (another entry level skate). Even the MSRP has to be less expensive if you adjust for inflation (woof, left next get started on that subject). As for the Twister XT, yes I will be upgrading to those, but you may find that you want more of a speed skate instead after trying these out. If you have never tried skating, or are coming back after a long hiatus, I highly recommend these. NOTE: I highly recommend any new skate over old 1990 skates as the plastic gets brittle over time and can crack or break causing a bad crash, I was lucky and the crack in my skates did not cause them to fall apart while skating.

> 24 hourRead a lot of the reviews prior to purchase. Im a novice skater. Used to play competitive roller hockey back in the day but havent touched inline skates for probably 20 years. Im an avid fitness enthusiast and wanted to add roller blading as another form of fitness. Didnt want to spend a ton of money, as this purchase wasnt for anything competitive. I bought the female version for my wife. Out of the box, they looked nice. Comfortable. Lots of support. Im usually a 9-9.5 running shoe and I got the 10 in these skates. First ride was with the wife. Little bit of soreness in the feet which was to be expected since I havent done it in so long. Just took it on the second ride today and did a half marathon. They were awesome. Comfortable. Not too much speed, but I certainly didnt feel like it was slow. Perfect for my ability. My only knock would be for two rides, the wheels already look significantly run down, and the only surface Ive ridden on was smooth park surface. I still give them five stars as entry level equipment for anything usually has entry level components. For $100 bucks I could see myself riding these forever and just upgrade the wheels...and if I really get into it...maybe better bearings.

> 24 hourI am relatively new to roller blading. I used to go as a kid but it has been years since I have been on skates. These are way more comfortable than I thought they would be. The stock wheels are 82A, so they are a little bit on the soft side. However, the softness worked out perfectly for me because I dont want to go too fast yet. Once I get a little better, I will probably switch to 84A wheels. The stock wheels may wear down relatively fast, but the skates themselves are extremely worth it to buy due to the comfort and sleek look. If you buy these just consider that you might need to replace the wheels within a couple months if you skate regularly.

> 24 hourI ordered a mens skate as I have wide feet and was hoping they would run wider than womens. Well... they dont. The balls of my feet were pinched so tight I couldnt feel my foot to balance and move in the skates. Dont buy these unless you have very narrow feet or like having numb balls... of your feet ;)

> 24 hourThis will just be a initial review as I just got them and have done a few miles with them. Shipping was timely and they arrived as expected with no issues. First out of the box they were exactly as described and exactly what I expected. I just wanted cheap skates to see if I still enjoyed it because I hadnt skated in years and didnt want to just jump on a several hundred dollar pair. The sizing was a exact fit using my regular shoe size and they tightened up surprisingly well and held their tightness to my foot through the ride. Wheels and bearings seem perfectly fine and they are comfortable to wear. I just rode about two hours right after opening them. Fell once but not their fault lol. Overall they are exactly what I wanted them to be. A good intro skate nothing fancy. I will update this as I add miles to them.

> 24 hourI have been rollerblading since 1995. My last pair of rollerblades purchased in 2007(k2 Alexis, women’s 9.5). I put them on to go for my first skate of the year and the strap broke. After doing minimal research I bought Rollerblade Zetrablade. I ordered 8 male (10 womens) and my toes hit the end of the toe box. I usually wear women’s 9-9.5 and have a narrow foot. The soles of these are hard and have less padding than my 16yr old skates. Not sure how my experience is so different than everyone else’s :/
