Im a beginner and Zetrablade is a great beginner skate cause you dont have to break them in. Wheels are also softer so theyll have better traction, but its obvious they wont last as long as hard wheels. I wear a US womens 7.5 and decided to try a US mens 6. Unfortunately, as soon as I stand up, they pinch my toes. I cant wear the thick wool socks I own with these skates. Id definitely want this brand again, but would probably get a mens 7 next time.

  • Very happy with this purchase! My new favorite earrings! Five stars all around!

The complaints about the top buckle is right though, the hing is made of hard plastic which really feels like itd definitely wear down since you need to tighten around your ankle tightly. It even came off while I was riding the skates once. Besides that, it’s pretty standard of a skate. My foot is 26cm long and I got a size 8 to be safe. The shoe is true to size but its a soft shoe so it’d definitely stretch after a few uses, and mines has gotten too big. Ill recommend contacting the company on your exact measures to pick out what size works for you.

My kids have been skating for a few months and made me wonder how cool would that be to try it myself. It is so much fun! Well, except the moments when I lose the balance )))) I love the skates - the size is right (I ordered slightly larger, to be on the safe side), very comfortable, skating is smooth. I wish it came with some skating skills included :)

I had not been roller blading in years, and both my fiancé and I went with this option. Obviously I am not up to date on the latest with in-line skating, but these are an excellent choice for occasional use on a rink. To be fair, I have not tried outdoors on pavement/sidewalk, but in my experience, they broke in after 2-3 sessions and allow for up to 4-5 hrs of comfortable skating now.

I have been skating since the mid 80s and remember when Rollerblades hit the market in in the late 80s. I saved my money back then to buy this exact model of skate and after I did, I literally put thousands of miles on them and went through several sets of wheels, but the skates never let me down. They are still the same, right out of the box, Rollerblade brand is just the best, I have tried many knock-off versions of in-line skates and they have all been junk with a decent price point. These are the right skates for you, especially if you are a beginning or coming back to it after a long break, there is just enough ankle support to help you out, without feeling like a ski-boot.

I have used it some times. It is great. The thing I really love is the rear braking gadget can be taken offer easily. I dont really need that.

I have been rollerblading since 1995. My last pair of rollerblades purchased in 2007(k2 Alexis, women’s 9.5). I put them on to go for my first skate of the year and the strap broke. After doing minimal research I bought Rollerblade Zetrablade. I ordered 8 male (10 womens) and my toes hit the end of the toe box. I usually wear women’s 9-9.5 and have a narrow foot. The soles of these are hard and have less padding than my 16yr old skates. Not sure how my experience is so different than everyone else’s :/

I gave this five stars because I cant give a highly educated review as Ive never worn other skates before. As a beginner I have had a five star experience over all. What I can talk about is my experience with them as a beginner. To start, I ordered them in my shoe size and they fit how experienced skaters say they should fit. I use to skate board so I know bearings. These ones arent great in regards to spin time,, but this is nice as a beginner. Having a set of more resistant bearings is helpful in controlling speed. The soft wheels are helpful for shock absorption. I skate in parking lots currently and my muscles arent use to the divits in the pavement yet. If you dont know about wheel hardness, soft wheels wear down faster but give more comfort and grip. Wheels are easy to swap out and bearings are easy to replace also. I needed budget skates that would still be safe to wear and learn on. Ive spent over 10 hours researching other blades and watching pros discus their preferred skates. These touch on a lot of the key needs they brought up. I have over 20 hours on these and rotated the wheels once. Once I have the money I know I will upgrade but I dont feel in a rush to do so. I am enjoying these skate and look forward to improving on them.

These are fantastic! Good balance, comfortable, and feel sturdy.

Zetrablade is a recreational skate for men. Featuring unbeatable support, comfort and stability at a value price point, learning to skate just got easier. The secure closure system combined with a monocoque frame lowers the center of gravity, providing better balance. 80mm Performance wheels/SG5 bearings can be upgraded to a higher-performance wheel as skater proficiency increases. For casual skaters looking at an entry-level skate, Zetrablade is a smart choice.
