> 24 hourThis fit my RV water heater perfectly as expected. They are a little hard to get the threads started with the weight of anode rod tipping the assembly downward. However, this is normal for these devices. Phot is accurate.

> 24 hourSo part of the description is Extends the life of your water heater by corroding itself so your water heater tank doesnt and after one season this thing is definitely corroding. The old anode had been in there for at least +15 years and looked about like you would expect it to. This one has corroded mostly near the thread end enough to make me worry it will break off and drop into the tank if I tried to make it another season. But can I really complain about replacing a part that only costs $13 each season? It fit perfectly for my Fleetwood Niagra pop up.

> 24 hourI never would have known the importance of this anode rod had the hot water heater not showed signs of needing some maintenance. Im in my 60s and learning something new every day, it seems! Youtube helped with the DIY videos.
