The feel and look of the bag are great, but I have used the bag for less than a year sparingly before the zippers stopped working. I am now unable to zip the bag shut, rendering it useless for any trips. Now I will need to look for a new bag elsewhere. Beware of long term durability of these bags. UPDATE: S-Zone reached out to me immediately after I posted my review and provided me with a new bag within days. I have used the bag over the past several weeks and it is holding up nicely. It has some minor changes from the old one I had but I dont mind them, as the bag still looks great. Like another reviewer mentioned, I can respect any company that stands behind their product and can offer excellent customer service. I wouldnt hesitate to purchase from them again knowing I will receive excellent customer service.

The size, design, and simplicity of the bag was exactly what I wanted and needed. However, Ive only used it on the weekends for a month and change(weekend stays at family or friends, so no abusing to it), and the small leather pull strap that connects to the zipper fell off. I really like the bag, so im thinking of finding something to attach to the zipper, but a bag thats only a month and a couple days old shouldnt have a problem with the leather straps falling off. If not for the leather pull strap issue from only 4 weekends of use, then this bag would have definitely gotten 5 stars from me. EDIT:: the seller messaged me shortly after leaving a review, to fix the issue that occurred. He was very helpful and also offered to send me another bag, without returning the original. Only been a day with the new bag, but will provide an update in about a month or two.

Wasn’t for me. It was very uncomfortable to carry for a trip. I know it’s my opinion. Other people may like it. Otherwise is a good quality bag and good looking for the price. It is a bargain

On my first trip with this bag. Seems real sturdy. Well see how it holds up after being on the road a while. Spent 150 bucks less than I intended. UPDATE: Vendor requested more feedback as to why I didnt rate 5 stars. Let me help, its 4 stars because it hasnt gone through any actual use yet. Once its proved the quality over the course of use, I may change my rating. These constant inquiries are not helping your case for a recommendation or a repeat customer. Relax, let your customers use your product and review it as they may. If you really want your customers to be happy, then really listen to them and their feedback. Otherwise, your metrics are meaningless! Youll be deluded into thinking your product is flawless. Ive seen other people on your page complaining of zipper issues. I havent seen them yet, but I will not vote your product 5 stars until it performs FOR ME to that level of excellence. People rely on honest online reviews. They make decisions based on the ratings on a product. We should be striving to make sure that when we review things, that we do so completely and honestly. -- Update. Put this bag through its paces. Pro Tip: This bag will be destroyed by airlines if you check it. It made it literally 1 trip through a checked bag run and the beautiful leather straps ripped out of the canvas. I had to have it sent back for repairs which took 6 weeks. Lovely bag. Still use it. But I carry it on now.
