I obviously won’t know the long term results, as I just got this yesterday, but it is working at blazingly fast speeds in my PS5! I think it registered at 6556 when I plugged it in. Just as fast if not faster then internal ssd. Bought an $8 heatsink on Amazon, MHQRJ, and it fits perfectly. Really happy with my purchase!

Leider passt die Abdeckung nicht, wenn man schon einen Kühlkörper auf der SSD befestigt hat. Dann ist sie viel zu dick, da die Abdeck Platte dafür ausgelegt ist eine SSD ohne Kühlkörper zu kühlen.

I bought this for heatsink for my PS5 after seeing videos on YouTube on its ease of installation. Not only that, it also replaces the PS5 SSD bay slot cover so it works as a heatsink plus a cover. I used mine with WD SN850 SSD and the heatsink fits perfectly with PS5. What is important, some gamers found that using this exclusive PS5 heatsink dropped several temperatures even more compared to using a traditional heat sink which should help with SSD heat dissipation and prolong its life.
