I had high hopes for this product and I was not disappointed. I wanted a smart looking backpack that I could use for business and leisure trips. I just returned from a trip from the US to South Africa. (Four long haul flights, transmitting London.) This bag had compartments for my lap top and electronics, my documents, my phone, some toiletries and a change of clothes. The side pockets were big enough for my water bottle and steel coffee mug. it was pretty full, but it sat well on my back comfortably. When I put it on the floor it remained steadily upright. The quality is what I expect from a Samsonite product - strong and durable. I just cannot fault it. Great value for money.

First use, traveling from Dominican Republic, to Orlando. It broke! I spected better from Samsonite. I have 2 Bags, and they are great. But this one. Disappointed!!

NOT as pictured. Does not have two pockets on the front. Does not have the water bottle holder on the side. Both of these features were pictured in the small pictures that showed the product in detail. The water bottle pocket was one of the reasons my son picked this backpack as he wanted to use it while walking around the city. I will be returning it. Very disappointed.
