Excelente producto y muy bueno para actualizarte. Antes tardaba en encender mi laptop unos 10 minutos, ahora tarda 15 segundos aún con unos programas de inicio.

I only have one 512GB SSD in my laptop. After days by days, my laptop is filled with a lot of videos, songs, text, and games. I need a bigger storage drive as my other place to put my files in there. This SSD has 1t storage so I can move a lot of my files into my new drive. In addition, it has a good usage life so I can hold my worries for data loss. Now I have two SSD drive and they both do an important job on my laptop.

Its a hard drive. Super fast lots of storage what more could you want.

Bought to supplement my 850 EVO that I bought 4 years ago. It is 1/3 the price, but the speed is 73% - 75% of my older model in spite of every benchmark saying it should be slightly faster. Maybe I got a bad drive? ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ EDIT: Switched SATA connections from ASM1061 to Intel Z170 chipset connectors which fixed the problem. Now slightly faster than my 850 EVO.

Originally upgraded from 2 tb hard drive and there is a HUGE difference in speed, sound, and quality. This was well worth the money, especially on sale! Update: started to gain boot problems over time and eventually kicked the bucket. I used this in my computer as the main drive. It may be better suited as a secondary drive.

As with all the other SSDs from the different Samsung lines, this one functions great! Its quick, solid, fits nicely, and although it doesnt perform as fast as some of the Pro models, it is still very fast. So far, it has also been extremely reliable. No errors, no quirks. I use it as my OS drive. Planning on purchasing a larger size of the same model for my storage drive for the same gaming laptop computer.

Installed in an older dell latitude laptop, installed win10 and Linux OS. Use for tuning vehicles. Runs great. Would by again.
