The vacuum picks up imbedded dirt from carpet really well. So much so, I ran it over a section that had just been vacuumed with a a Dyson V8, and I was amazed with the amount of lint and dirt it picked up. I really like the included handheld motorized roller.

If u make it on high battery ends very fast!

We like the great suction, battery seems adequate. The only thing we dislike so far is the canister/filter is difficult to remove to empty and difficult to reinstall after emptying. The whole thing is slippery to hold and we dropped it on floor while reinstalling and the release button broke off. No parts seem to be available on Amazon so the replacement on EBay was $67. Unhappy about that after only 2 weeks.

Works great! But battery sux. Will order a 2nd battery.

We were able to get this on sale through Amazon. Worth every dollar spent. Really nice quality. Light weight with great suction.

Love the vacuum but a full charge only lasted 15 minutes on high

I am obsessed with this vacuum! I used to have a big clunky corded vacuum and it was such a hassle because I was always tripping on the cord and struggling to bring it up and down stairs. But this vacuum changed my cleaning game! It’s so light weight and the attachments make it a breeze to clean. The battery lasts a long time and it doesn’t take long to charge. Definitely recommend!

We bought this new from Amazon directly, but Samsung has clearly repackaged this model, omitting a key part: the $19.99 Combination Tool (brush tool). Its shown in pics, and listed as part of the vacuum (not an accessory) right on page 1 of the Owners Manual (see image). We called the day we got this (12-14-22) and were promised a replacement tool in 10 days. We called 27 days later,on Jan 9, 2023, and again a 2nd Support rep promised to send us this key missing part. Inexplicably, today, 24 hours later, I got an odd text from Samsung saying they could not fulfill the replacement part request and they were cancelling it! They suggested I call J& J International and BUY one instead! Of course, I dont even have the Samsung part number at this point! And, on principle, I refuse to fork over $20 more. I was really hacked. Called Samsung a 3rd time. Another 45 minutes on the phone. A 3rd Ticket opened. A 3rd promise for them to maybe send me a $19.99 Combination Tool for the missing one from my Pet 75. I did find this tool finally by Googling Samsung Pet 75 Combination Tool. It pops right up on the Samsung website. You can order it. But why? Its supposed to be included. Without this tool, theres no way to vacuum drapes, curtains, blinds, clothes, car seats. A brush is a necessity. FWIW, the battery is pretty small. Youll have to drop another $100 to get the larger spare Samsung battery. So, add $100 to the price as they included the smaller battery. It last about 15 minutes. This vacuum has lots of suction. My wife really likes it. Me, I was ready to return it on Day One (12-14-22), when I found the brush tool was missing. She wants me to give Samsung a 3rd chance to fix this. What is also strange is the wall bracket has a mounting ring for this combination tool to attach to that doesnt accomodate the other small turbo brush, plus the manual shows this brush in it pictorially, and doesnt show it as an optional accessory. Were not sure what Samsung product design department was thinking, as this omission is baffling every customer. It seems like the marketing group REPACKAGED the Pet 75 to lower the cost, and omitted the brush to save a few bucks, forgetting its listed in the manual as standard (not optional) equipment. Thats a deceptive and unfair trade practice, illegal in most states. To be crystal clear, Ive called SAMSUNG Support three times over a missing $20 brush tool in the past month. And, twice my replacement orders were cancelled mysteriously with no notice or callback. Ive now wasted three hours on this, and I still dont have this part as I rewrite this review on 01-11-23. I shouldve insisted on returning it on day one.

Lightweight and maneuverable, I vacuum more now because of this, which is a good thing. Not very powerful, but good enough, it wont replace my main vacuum altogether. The battery never lasts an hour, so wish I had a spare, and it wont wall mount because I have dado rails, so thats a poor design. Overall, I would recommend because I find I pick it up more often that a regular vac, that means my house will be cleaner as a result.

Pretty good. I use my highest setting and it does well. Goes thru battery pretty quickly if you are at the highest setting all of the time. Just wish it would vacuum my large area rug better, as I have to oluse the lowest setting, so it doest get stuck, but then doesnt get the dog hair that well. Overall, pretty happy. I just pull out my old Dyson to to get my living room area rug.
