Our floors have never been so clean because this thing is so light weight and easy to use that my 4 year old is obsessed with vacuuming, so our floors get done several times a day. Great suction for a cordless. We have a cat and Labrador, so shedding happens regularly and this does a great job of picking up the hair on my short pile area rugs, tile, and hardwood. The battery life lasts about 30-40 minutes on max power setting. I don’t know that I would completely replace my traditional Dyson with it, because, while suction is awesome for a cordless, it doesn’t do the same quality job on carpet as my traditional upright. But, we love this for what it is and it serves as a perfect secondary vacuum for lighter daily cleaning, cleaning up after my kids eat, and vacuuming stairs/furniture.

Disappointed with this vacuum as it handles great and is lightweight but to get any suction it must run at highest speed and still fails to pick up everything. The battery loses power quickly when on high speed so is less efficient for cleaning larger spaces.

Reasonable suction, maneuverable. Charging is not well thought through. The power brick has a build-in plug and is an inconvenience in a tight outlet. Why not have a IEC 60320-C7 female + a pigtail? More serviceable and convenient. The charger does not charge battery directly - a battery has to be in the handle for charging. Which is a nuisance, as I can not charge one battery while using another. Kinda ridiculous.

Bought this unit on sale before Christmas as a gift for me and my wife. Used it maybe 15 times and the roller stopped rolling. The way it is designed you cannot take the roller off and service it yourself if anything gets wrapped up on the other side of the motor. Reached out to samsung they want the whole unit mailed to them for service so shipping will probably cost almost as much as paid for the vacuum. Since it was purchased before Christmas it is too late to return it. AVOID samsung appliances. Electronics are fine, but appliances are a rip off

Not happy with small attachment for dust Good thing is easy to clean and start again! Great suction. It’s heavy but that means a powerful Suction. I have mostly Oriental rugs and it gets dog hair great!

Cons: #1. Has a battery capacity of 1.8Ah vs. 4.0Ah analogues #2. Does not have a small round brush #3. It takes 3 hands and 30 seconds to empty the tank vs. 10 seconds of analogues #4. Bulky battery charger for desktop setup Pros: #1. Runs much quieter than analogues #2. More maneuverable brush than analogs All in all Samsung is suitable for use in a small area

This vacuum is very light weight and is easy to use. Lasts about 30 minutes on a full charge. I find it best for my area rugs, as I can get them all done before the battery dies.

I just love it! Easy to use, its not too loud.

I liked the power until the dust container disconnect button broke and now the rotar brush is peeled off the grey roller. It’s basic garbage now and I cannot return it at this point.

Great suction and design. Wish it was slightly lighter but definitely a great product.
