Initially when this arrived I was using it ALL the time!! It was a quick and easy way to pick up dog hair. Within 4 months, the button to empty the vacuum broke off! It was a cheap plastic button and by far the worst part of the design. Now my vacuum is rendered useless! What a disappointment.

Not happy with small attachment for dust Good thing is easy to clean and start again! Great suction. It’s heavy but that means a powerful Suction. I have mostly Oriental rugs and it gets dog hair great!

Happy wife, happy life. A little pricey, but it has good battery life and easy to clean. Overall not disappointed in buying it.

Worst battery I ever used

The vacuum picks up imbedded dirt from carpet really well. So much so, I ran it over a section that had just been vacuumed with a a Dyson V8, and I was amazed with the amount of lint and dirt it picked up. I really like the included handheld motorized roller.

Does what it was purchased to do. A bit disappointed with battery life. Doesnt have a soft bristle dusting attachment which would be nice.

We like the great suction, battery seems adequate. The only thing we dislike so far is the canister/filter is difficult to remove to empty and difficult to reinstall after emptying. The whole thing is slippery to hold and we dropped it on floor while reinstalling and the release button broke off. No parts seem to be available on Amazon so the replacement on EBay was $67. Unhappy about that after only 2 weeks.

Pros: Love how lightweight and easy to clean it is. Makes vacuuming the stairs a breeze. Cons: On the Jet setting, the rollers often get clogged and the battery only lasts 15 minutes
