We purchased these tablets since they had good reviews and were reasonably priced, as opposed to Apple iPads. After several years, I am regretting we did not just buy an Apple product. The charging ports on these tablets are terrible. The amount of money we have spent to get the charging port repaired by cell phone/computer repair places essentially adds up to the initial cost of just buying a more expensive Apple iPad…maybe more. We are likely going to be wiping these and getting rid of them and buying a better product. Please Samsung get rid of these charging ports!

purchased the product in december as a christmas gift.. it lasted lesss than 90 days not wont take the charge... per the seller (Electronic Expresscall) call the manufacture we cant help you... nice

Purchased this for my grandmother whose not tech savvy lol I added her word search games ,music and pictures of all of her great grands and she loves it

I keep getting this tablet replaced for my son because the charging port stops working after a few months. Stay away!!

Very satisfied with this product. Its everything I was hoping for. Being that its white, the 2 front cameras stand out as two unattractive black circles. To me theyre a negative distraction . They seem like eyes . I think its a manufacturing flaw. That is my only small complaint about this product , and I also learned a lesson: never buy a white tablet.

We bought two for our kids for their birthdays in November. After just one week my six year olds device stopped charging. Bought the children’s version and a month later that one has stopped charging too. Fine for older kids but too delicate for younger kids.
