Worked on one of my Samsung phones perfectly but does not work on my other Samsung phone. Even with the app, it says no device connected. It wont let me manage the device, and when I try to tell my phone to manage it, it tells me the device needs external power source. The other phone doesnt tell me to do this

Ive never liked to use any external drives for djing because in the past, Ive had it drop out on me in the middle of a great party. Its safe to say my experiences were with old external drives and not SSD drives. I had seen enough reviews on this to try it out. I rigorously tested it for hours at home and nervously used at events. I would say after a month of gigs, its safe to say this thing is super solid and runs like a champ. I no longer have anxiety about this for extremely important events such as weddings. I highly recommend it and I might even buy a second to have a backup of a backup.
