SanDisk 1TB Extreme Portable External SSD - Up to 550MB/s - USB-C, USB 3.1 - SDSSDE60-1T00-G25

I intend to use this as a dedicated disk image backup drive for windows 10. Just made the first one with no issues. I followed the top reviews advice and reformatted because of the large allocation size, except I used NTFS instead of exfat (apparently its better for windows backups). Just did the first image backup and it backed up with no issues and very quickly. Drive is very small to tuck away in a safe spot. Lack of reviews complaining about reliability/failures is what made me choose this drive over others.

its cable stopped working within a week. and the transfer speed that I am getting is not more than 50 mBps, wish I had gone for the Samsung t7 or t5

So far a reliable storage device which is very portable and does not take up wanted space when in use.
