Great deal for the money but these should not be used frequently. We used them to place some pictures on them of someone that passed away and pass them out to friends at her memorial but the tips are very flimsy and plastic and they could easily break.

You need to be aware these are slow transfer. They work ok in my case.

These SanDisk Cruzer Blade 8gb USB flash drives are everything you would want in a low cost, bare bones thumb drive for temporary storage and file transfers. Ive also used them to make bootable USB drives for various LInux distros. They are super light and cheap feeling, so I would not recommend this product for extended and repeated use of critical files. They are only USB 2.0, but they still provide decent speed and are very handy to have around the office. I would buy more of these flash drives in the future.

They work as intended however Im deducting a 2 stars because not even 6 months in, One of them overheated badly to the point it melted the plastic the chip was contained in. I had to turn off my computer and let it cool down before taking the little guy out. So if they work they work if they overheat then they burn up.

Very light and works well. Not the fastest but I used it to show photos on a TV and it was fast enough.

Ive used 1, so far, of the 5 SanDisk Cruzer Blade 8GB (5 pack) USB 2.0 flash drives I ordered, and it works well. I ordered SanDisk ones because Ive used them before and they are consistently reliable in my experience, for storing documents, videos, movies, music, and for installing operating systems such as Linux OSs. Good product!

This five pack is just what I needed to share photos with family. They have been reliable for this purpose. Great to have a few extra when you need them. (Most the people I share family photos with would not use online cloud storage for photos, nor have knowledge of how to use it. These simplify the sharing process in an easy to use way. The flash drives perform fast enough for general use and I have had no failures so far. Will buy more in the near future.

This is the one you need at the right price point for storing files to if you want to get those files back in the future. I use these to store OS images on for deployment on other machines and they are excellent for that purpose. I also use these to store family photos on. They are a bit slow on the writing side but, way more than worth it for their reliability and durability. Cant go wrong with SanDisk
