Its what it says it is. I bought it to give out to doctors, so its nice to not have to pay a zillion dollars to turn around and give away just to save myself the time it takes for receptionists to fax things.

I run several operating systems on my computers. With the decline in DVD readers in place of USB installations, I wanted several installation and repair drives on hand for those systems. These fit the bill and were reasonably priced. None of them have any defects nor require drivers or software to function. Good stuff, I recommend them.

For years I have used USB thumb drives from many different manufacturers. All have been fine - - except this product. This product is totally unsatisfactory for two reasons: 1- The first one I tried to use, when plugged in indicated: (a) this drive requires formatting, then (b) upon attempting to format indicated that it had 64MB capacity [yes, 64MB, not 8GB], then (c) this drive cannot be formatted. 2- Unlike all other drives Ive purchased before, these drives have no caps. Unless you carefully keep them in something like a ziploc bag they can accumulate abrasive debris and damage your USB port when you plug it in. All five drives are going into the trash. Its hard to believe all of the 5 star reviews are genuine.

Great deal for the money. Loaded up thousands of pics from the family photo archives on them.

Im an IT Manager and we go through tons of flash drives here due to people losing them, needing extras for events, etc. These work great and we have no had an issues with them. They are lightweight yet solid.

Four of the five USB drives had only 196MB of usable space on them. It turns out that they all had two partitions: a very small one that could read data and a larger space that could not. Windows offered to format the latter but then said that it could not complete the task. I eventually got two of them working by reformatting to exFAT -- the file format with which they should have arrived. The others wouldnt format at all, and for one, even that 196MB was useless for transferring files from one computer to another. Very shoddy. No response yet to my feedback to the seller. A month later, and still no response. Now the two that were working after my fix are not. These are junk. I got ripped off for $30 and theres no way to return them. DO NOT BUY!

These flash drives are surprisingly light. The straps are very handy. I haven’t used them much, but work well when I have used them. Great price for 5.

We use these at work - our field staff record maps of farm fields to transfer to our office system. The Cruzer blades are their favorites due to their compact size and secure connection. Some larger ones work their way out of the computers.

I bought the 8GB 5-pack so that I could have separate flash drives for bootable OS installers and drive recovery. These work acceptably for this purpose. Theyre made entirely of plastic (no metal to be seen anywhere on them) and are extremely light weight as a result of that. This makes them feel pretty cheap, but they do seem sturdy enough for around-the-house use. I definitely wouldnt want to attach these to a keychain to be carried around and I can just about guarantee that if you step on one, its a gonner. I Still feel that these are a good deal for the price.
