They are a great bargain and work perfectly but they are just a little too small in my opinion. The size make its difficult to pull out of a laptop sometimes.

I purchased the 4GB about a month ago - great for giving photos to friends and family. With the 8 GB I can add more and even short video clips. SanDisk is a trusted name and these little USB drives fall right in line.

They work as intended however Im deducting a 2 stars because not even 6 months in, One of them overheated badly to the point it melted the plastic the chip was contained in. I had to turn off my computer and let it cool down before taking the little guy out. So if they work they work if they overheat then they burn up.

Small jump drive, easy to use.

Weve purchased these SanDisk thumbdrives so we have a ready product when photos need to be shared with friends or a client. I am a photography buff and find these thumbdrives to be the best way to get quick photos to those who have requested them. It allows them to plug and play to see the results and from them prints can easily be made as well. They hold up under wear and tear and for the price they are the tops in our mind.

I bought these for small data storage, like updates, or work projects. Things you dont need a lot of space.. They work great, good deal for the five pack. I would buy again.

Great deal for the money but these should not be used frequently. We used them to place some pictures on them of someone that passed away and pass them out to friends at her memorial but the tips are very flimsy and plastic and they could easily break.

These have a cheaper than normal feel for a San-Disk item, but so far they perform perfectly like every San-Disk item Ive purchased does-hence the 4 instead of 3 stars

I bought the 8GB 5-pack so that I could have separate flash drives for bootable OS installers and drive recovery. These work acceptably for this purpose. Theyre made entirely of plastic (no metal to be seen anywhere on them) and are extremely light weight as a result of that. This makes them feel pretty cheap, but they do seem sturdy enough for around-the-house use. I definitely wouldnt want to attach these to a keychain to be carried around and I can just about guarantee that if you step on one, its a gonner. I Still feel that these are a good deal for the price.

The flash drives seem to be working okay, but theyre very small (lost one after 3 days) and have a really cheap, light, plastic feeling. Not something Id put on my keychain and carry around. Also the ScanDisk encryption software that came with it had a GUI wasnt very user friendly and had problems with dragging & dropping files/folder onto the disk.
