Sandisk Cruzer Glide USB Flash Drive, 64 GB, Black/Red (SDCZ60-064G-A46)

I bought this to use as a backup for some of my important files. This was after my portable hard drive crashed. I keep my financial docs backed up and stored in our fire safe. Works great so far.

i was using a goflex 500gb external drive. which worked but i didnt need 500gb lying around doing nothing. so i got the 64gb sandisk and is more than enough to put movies on i got around 20 movies on it and barely half full. the price was right half if i bought it 2 years ago. i would like to have 128gb. not in the budget yet. maybe Santa will bring me one. thanks guys

The casing was wider than the plug so I couldnt use it for the space I needed. Next time I will look for one where the width is flush with the plug.

It is what it is but the encryption program that it comes with takes forever. Im using this to back-up photos on my laptop. A file with 100 photos takes about 5 hours (not an exaggeration) to encrypt and save. It is probably a good thing but just takes a long time.

I have 2 external hard drives that I was saving my documents, crafts, and pictures on, the problem is once they are a year or two old or you get a new computer they may not be compatible with the new os systems. This does the job, with less expense. I havent had this long enough to know if it will be an issue on a newer OS system, but I have tried it on XP, Vista, and windows 7. I am quite happy!

Good value for price

I took it out of the package and started using it, as simple as that.

I wanted to save 2 MTS files which are video files from a video camera unfortunately I was unable to copy them on the key. I get the message Not enough space on disk even the files I tried to transfer are only 5GB each, so10 GB for 64 GB storage space. It will work if files are MP4 or WMV ... but not MTS ...

Same as above. The 32GB versions of this product work well in TV. The 64GB versions do not. Suspect TV at fault, not product.
