Greater than one weekThe casing was wider than the plug so I couldnt use it for the space I needed. Next time I will look for one where the width is flush with the plug.

Item arrived in retail package and works fine. I dont know much about speed,as Ive heard some are faster than others, but this is a USB 2.0 so it is fine for my friends needs.
