I am super pleased with my new wax warmer! & it came with cleanser, aloe, lotion, wax remover, sticks, wax strips and 2 wax cans!

I use Cerepil wax in the Satin Smooth warmer and always have a really hard time getting the empty pot out. And the tool that comes with the Satin Smooth warmer.....well there are NO instructions on how to use it to get the empty pot out. Very unhappy with this warmer.

I love it perfect warmer

This is perfect. Im not a professional and use it for at home waxing. The size is perfect for the Gigi wax sold at Sallys. The Gigi honey wax is the only soft wax I use. I fill an empty GiGi refill can with Ceriphil beads on the opposite side for my hardware. It does take almost a full 30minutes to heat a full can of wax. Ill put it on high for 30 minutes then turn it down low and it maintains the perfect temperature on the wax. I had a gigi wax warmer for several years that I used prior and the temperature regulation was terrible. No matter how you heated it, it would always get the wax too hot. This one works much better holding an appropriate temp.

I use satin smooth everything as an esthetician. I use this for person home use and I also use two of these in my salon suite for clients. Super easy to clean and the wax never gets too hot!

This was great but the one side no longer works after just 2 months of use. Very disappointed.

I have had this warmer for 3 months, one side no longer works. Looking into having it replaced!!
