> 3 dayThe grip works well enough but I was very disappointed to receive an obviously-opened and tried unit. The tape on the box was cut and there were dirt/smudge marks on the grips. It looked new enough so I Lysol wiped it down and it works fine. Shame that used units are sold as new.

> 3 dayThis device should be standard with all Switch purchases. A few really minor negatives that may influence the purchase decision for some consumers: 1) if you use the controller pads you need to recalibrate your controls 2) with this device attached, you cannot drop your switch into the standing charger and if you plug a USB c charger directly into the switch it will not stand up straight (obviously) 3) ads a bit of weight

Greater than one weekIf you play a lot of 3d games in handheld mode, I cant recommend this case highly enough. Its super comfortable for those type of games and makes the switch feel more like a super large Xbox controller. However, there are 2 issues 1.) It moves your thumb away from the button on the right side to have it more in line with the thumbstick. If you play a lot of 2d games or games that use those buttons a lot, that may be a deal-breaker. 2.) There are reports of it scratching the joy-cons and it did leave small black streaks on mine. those easily were cleaned off but its something you need to know. Its a great case but Satisfye is releasing a new case that fixes most of these issues.

> 3 dayGrip seems fine, though the part that goes in your hands is bigger than I expected and I have long hands, time will tell if thats a problem. The analog stick caps that come with it however I am not happy about. They came with no instructions and are a tight fit. I have messed up the rubber on my analog sticks trying to get them on and they still wont go on. Contacted the seller and they just dismissed me saying they havent seen other complaints. Found a video online with install instructions filled with comments from people saying they are very difficult to get on. Edit: support got back to me and made it right, adding back a star.

> 3 dayIf you are like me and use your switch as a handheld console, this is the perfect accessory. I needed something to prevent wrist pain for smaller hands trying to have full access to the controls for BOTW without using a pro controller. The asymmetrical handles seem strange but feel perfect in the hand. This lets me game for hours at a time without noticing that Im on a handheld console. It does make the switch rather large to carry so I typically remove the case for transport (I dont spend hours gaming away from home). Easily removed and hasnt left a mark on my console or joycons, although my joycons arent the standard soft finish like the original joycons. Ergonomic doesnt even begin to explain how perfect this feels in the hands. The back has a rubbery texture so that you wont lose your grip. It seems very sturdy but I wouldnt hesitate to buy it again if something happened to the original.
