> 3 dayWhile I would love it if they lasted longer, mill scale is an extremely stubborn material. These work well and probably replace at least 6 or more flapper discs that you would go through to accomplish the same job. Also, these dont damage the underlying metal. Will be keeping several in stock at all times.

> 3 dayWorks great while they last, but they are very expensive given how long they last. Mostly I tested them byt removing paint and/or rust from a small amount of mild steel tubing, plate and bars.

> 3 dayRemove mill scale, got about 10 minutes use. Stay with flapper wheel much faster and a way more cost effective

Greater than one weekHad a project I was working on over a year. By the time I completed it there was some rust on my welds as well as the steel plate, with this I was able to quickly remove all rust and get it down to a level I could paint without leaving any deep scratch marks.

> 3 dayI was skeptical that a scotch Brite, grinding disc could remove thick mill scale off of plate steel. After applying acid to the mill scale, this scotch Brite wheel is the only thing that would remove the metal scale without putting serious gouges in the plate.

> 3 dayNeeded to remove very thick mill scale from mild steel tubing. This product was by far the fastest option I could find, it worked great.

> 3 dayThese are pricey but for people like me that need a quiet, fast stripping blade this is great. For small panels like doors and fenders this works super fast and somewhat quieter than other options for stripping paint and filler. I’m in an urban area so noise levels are a big concern so I don’t mind spending a little more on a quality blade.
