Seachem Stability - For Freshwater and Marine Aquariums 250ml

So far so good. Ive been fish-in cycling with a 10-gallon for about 5 days now. I use this and Prime. The fish seems great and the water measurements show no ammonia, nitrites, or nitrates. One weird thing was that the pH went down to 6.0 for about a day. Keeping a close eye, but it seems this was the right choice.

Ive been using for at least a month and dont see where it really contributes anything to my tank

I use a lot of seachem products like prime, but I was not happy with this one. It contains no live denitrifying bacteria, because after 8 days of using as directed, no change in ammonia, nitrite, or nitrate levels. For reference, I am doing a fishless cycle with 100% pure ammonia and dechlorinated water in my heated 20 gal. I recommend you use gravel or filter media from a cycled tank at your LFS or from a friend or member of a local aquarium club instead of this.

I cycled two aquariums in 7 days and I am a total newbie. I used it in conjunction with prime, fish in cycle.

After treating as directed for a week the Ammonia is still at 2.0 ppm with no Nitrites, and Im no further in cycling this tank. Expiration date on the bottle is 2025 so the product should still be good. Nope. Nada. Nothing. Save your money and your time and choose a different product.

This product is pretty amazing. I was stuck in the middle of a fishless cycle where ammonia was getting converted to nitrite but the nitrite wouldnt budge. I didnt get any nitrates for 2-3 weeks, maybe more. I did a huge water change and still no change in nitrite. I put stability in and 3 days later, I got 0 nitrites and a ton of nitrates.
