Plug and play on my mac mini. Added 4TB instantly. Transfer speeds meet my needs. Nice and small physically so even though I havent had a need to transport it yet, I know Ill be able to when the time comes.

The Seagate portable Backup plus 4TB is exactly what it says. Like the Switch and other systems it will take a certain amount of storage out for software. I now have enough storage to hold all my games on PS4.

I havent needed tech support. Everything is good though.

I bought this one from Amazon Warehouse. Reliable? The data cable failed within 2 weeks. Reliable? Amazon was cool and paid for a replacement cable, and the drive seems to be doing okay. Value is high, performance is high. Still anxious about whether this thing will last for years like I expect it to.

So glad I got this bad boy on sale. Its pretty compact for 4TB, data transfer is fast, and it feels solid and safe that any potential falls (why would I drop it? who knows) or heat wont really bother it.

This drive worked fine on some older machines but was horrible on others. It would not be detected on some Win 7 64bit machines and yet others it worked fine. It did work on the one Windows 10 machine I tried it on so I guess if all your machines are Windows 10 you should be fine. I am not sure why this would make a difference as all my other passport drives work on all my machines. The drive itself is fast when it does work and not loud at all.
