This was the first book I have read of Shin Greene Dowell I got to say you can write good books I really enjoyed reading it and I will be reading more!

I truly enjoy this story. Im looking forward to volume 2. The characters were well developed. I read this book in couple days I like drama and twist and turns of the book. Its refreshing when a book captures your attention from beginning to end. I just was slightly upset with the ending it seem like it was rush. I hope you dont take long bringing out Volume 2.

This book definitely reminds you to keep your business to yourself. Sad that the ones you think you can trust are the ones that secretly hate on you and want to be you. This was my first time reading anything by this author and I enjoyed it. Its pretty fast paced so it doesnt linger to the point you become bored. Granted there was one character that did somewhat bore me, but thats because the other 3 characters storyline was more interesting to me and I wanted to know how it turned out. I see its titled Volume 1. Not sure how it can be dragged out into another story, but Im willing to check it out if there is a Volume 2.

I actually enjoyed this read; but, once I reached the climax, the book became very predictable. The main points of view should only be focused on Shayla and Titus but mainly Shayla only. Gladys and Rhonda added no value to the storyline. Great read...

This book is phenomenal. I read it in one setting and can’t wait to read part 2. Rhonda was not a real friend to go after Shay‘s man, really. SMH, loved this book

This book couldve been so good but it was rushed in the beginning and dragged in the middle. It was so dragged out and long that i had to skip lots of pages. Many of us readers arent hispanic so didnt get the language written, although sometimes the author translated.

I loved this book!!!! But that Rhonda had me so mad...... I could reach thru this kindle and choke her. A very good read

Marriage is suppose to be to death do us part! When longtime friendships go way left due to jealousy and envy it opens up a whole new set of problems that possibly cant be resolved. Its a game of cat and mouse that shown its ugly head....Good read, that kept me entertained! Real life issues and drama that some people can relate too, setting aside dreams and aspirations to please another can be tricky situation ...Book two is on my radar to get into! I loved it. It touched a lot of serious topics put still found a way to bundle them all together.
