Greater than one weekUsed on edges and back (fuzzy) side of chrome tan upholstery leather. It helps darken the color some and finish off to blend better with chrome finished color. Couldnt burnish much but that was more due to soft leather. Also helps tame the fuzzy side some. It also stiffen the leather a little which is nice because this chrome upholstery leather is really soft.

> 3 dayThis product goes on very easily and burnishes edges in one or two applications. I apply it with a foam brush, which can then be rinsed out in water and reused. If you are doing a lot of work, just roll the brush in a wet paper towel and store inside a plastic bag. Using a cheap bristle brush is a good way to get into details, but be careful because it can leave streaks. Tokonole is also great for burnishing the backside smooth and I have just used it on two projects to seal the front... yes, it darkens the leather a bit, but not a lot, at least not on my natural veg tanned stuff. The photo is a belt which is Tokonole sealed on the edges, front, and rear, using a cheap bristle brush.
