I saw a lot of people raving over Tokonole but, personally, Id rather use Gum Tragacanth. I think Gum Trag gives a smoother, slicker edge.

burnishing and edging leather can be a time and profit consuming activity. Ive tried everything and every process on the internet, most work pretty well and give your project a nice edge, especially on vege-tanned leather. This stuff works on everything and easily gives you the best edge Ive ever seen, I first saw the product on the videos from Fisher Workshop as couple of years ago. I finally bought it and i love it. It is great.

The gold standard for burnished and finely finished edges.

This product smoothed out and repaired the deteriorating old leather handled knife I own. Happy to say the leather handle is solid and looks good.
