I have not lost even one despite some very hard set downs on the granite or a bad clash in the sink, there have been several times where I thought OH NO and ended up pleasantly surprised at the durability. I love all the interesting variations in shapes & sizes which is why I finally chose this set. I did get one inferior set which Selamica customer service replaced immediately. But for as much as I ordered more than most was perfect.

> 3 dayActually, I consider pasta bowl a bit of a misnomer. These generous bowls feature very sloping sides rather than the wider bottom one usually sees in a pasta bowl. Never mind though because they are lovely, sturdy and very functional. Great as serving bowls, soup bowls, or even your morning oatmeal, they are microwave and dishwasher safe. Made in China, they come well packed with lots of padding to prevent breakage. The bowls feature a rainbow of color in various shades of blue, each different, and a swirl design.
