> 3 dayI bought this set of 4 Sengled Smart Plug Bluetooth Meshs to add to my existing Sengled Smart Hub that is already integrated with my Alexa over wifi. Since I have a few dozen Sengled wifi bulbs and wifi-plugs, the smaller form-factor seemed more useful. However, after they arrived and I couldnt add them to the Sengled Hub nor to my Alexa running on wifi on my Facebook Portal, I learned that this product does not support connections to the Sengled hub, and because it is connected by Bluetooth, it is not supported with my Alexa on my Portal over wifi. This was a big disappointment, very frustrating and a huge waste of several hours of my time, and buyers beware of the limitation that they can only be used with an Alexa with Bluetooth like the Echo Dot. In my case, a mis-advertised product with very poor documentation and very poor support, and not recommended at all. Im returning mine.

> 3 dayI wanted to love these plugs, and for the first week, I did, but then something happened to Sengled and their entire system went down for hours. Since then, there has been nothing but issues. My formerly known as plugs are now showing as switches in my Alexa app and are not staying connected, which is also off because they have disappeared completely from my Sengled app and will not repair. In fact, they will not go back into pair mode at all. Like I said, I wanted to love them, but Sengled lost a customer here. I contacted them for help and they did not reply to my email. I got the generic, “we are busy; figure it out for yourself online,” type of response, so I packaged them up and sent them back today. I hope I have better luck going bank to the Amazon brand plugs.

Greater than one weekI can turn my Christmas tree on and off like a first year Hogwarts student. Set it up to Alexa and labeled it with the command “Luminos” great fun.

> 3 dayWe recently upgraded to Google Fiber and our prior plugs only supported 2.4 ghz, so they were incompatible. I loved that I didn’t have to have another app to set these up and manage them - just plugged them in, discovered them with the Alexa app and they work like a charm. No disconnects or interruptions. Definitely would buy again.

> 3 dayI was hesitate to get this plug because some of the negative reviews. I should have listened to them because they We’re true. If you are thinking of getting this plug mine stopped working after a month. Thankful to the Amazon team they were able to refund me my money and I bought a more expensive plug that I hope will last longer.

> 3 dayReceived next day with Prime. It took me about 2 minutes to set up first plug in bedroom to light. Worked flawlessly. Easy to control with my Echo in bedroom. Next I set up one in den to a light. Same thing. Easy to set up and control with echo in den. I just hooked up a third to a light in living room and linked to Echo in den. All are holding a connection and working the way I expected. Love the 5g too. I have everything connected to 5g in the house.

> 3 dayI purchased these plugs because they were supposed to painlessly pair with Alexa, but that’s not true. Alex won’t discover the devices in pairing mode and when trying to pair and select the brand, Sengled isn’t available as an option. These plugs also will not work with the Sengled Home app, you have to use the Sengled Bluetooth app which will not pair with Alexa. Do not purchase if you want to pair with Slexa.
