> 3 dayYou need this!! The app on my phone popped up saying my freezer was above five degrees while I was on vacation. I phone a friend who has my keys and ask them to check it out. Something fell over in the garage and knocked the plug out of the outlet. They plug it in and I come home a week later to a freezer full of frozen food, rather than to an incubator full of ruined food.

> 3 dayI have only one sensor, in my basment freezer. I had it for over a year before buying this expensive gateway. my phone can easily connect to the basement sensor from the first and second floors of my house. my router is on the first floor. I first set up this gateway by plugging it directly into the router with ethernet cable (not included) so I wouldnt have to clog up my wifi any more than it already is. after 15 minutes of rebooting the gateway and my phone, and removing/reinstalling the gateway on the app I still couldnt get it to connect to the sensor. I begrudgingly moved the gateway down to the basement right next to the freezer, connected it via wifi, and it quickly found the sensor. I was pretty disappointed because the gateway is so pricey and it couldnt connect to the sensor from where my phone easily could. so i left a 3 star review and complained in length about this issue. A couple minutes after writing the review, I realized maybe I just need to rotate the antenna (duh). so I moved the gateway back to the first floor, plugged it into the router and turned the antenna so it was parallel to the floor instead of upright. Now its connecting to the sensor just fine. So if youre having issues with connecting to sensors, try adjusting the antenna. seems pretty simple, wish it occured to me sooner.

> 3 dayI wish had done this a long time ago. Because of COVID-19, we got stuck on the West Coast. Now, We can monitor our home on east coast remotely during rain and snow to check on the house. We just layered this on top of our existing security system, I check conditions 4-5 times a week (yes - it is fun) and I get alerts when the temperature drops or humidity goes beyond the parameters I set up. I couldnt get a Nest Thermostat done in time, this was faster and easier, plus I am covering 3 parts of the house. Love the product.

> 3 dayI have the Gateway along with the thermometer. Thermometer first, just with Bluetooth, then added the Gateway. Upon first addition to the app (which is simple and works well) the Gateway didnt work properly. It just took deleting the Gateway from the app and re-linking. Basic IT problem solving. I did have to email customer service to ask about how to get email or text alerts of low/high temperature. They responded within 12 hours with more than enough information including lots of help. I cant post the site here, but contact them. Works great, slick setup. Now I get email alerts.
