I monitor 6 sensors, 2 are in refrigerator freezers. The gateway works flawlessly with my WiFi. I wish they would increase their product line. Great app.

Works as described, have it in our pool house which was too far away for sensor unit to be read from house. Easy setup.

I am pretty computer literate and could not get this gateway to connect to the internet. I returned it.

I dont write a lot of online reviews, but today I felt compelled. In 2017 I purchased two sensors and a gateway to help monitor a temperamental refrigerator in a vacation home. The sensors set up very quickly and easily and while we are at the home they have saved us from a warming refrigerator many times. I had a little more trouble getting the gateway to connect and because it was being used in a vacation home, my interest in devoting significant time to troubleshooting, and the opportunities to address it were both low. In fact, I mostly forgot about it for almost a year because the sensors did the job perfectly while we were around. Just recently we decided to rent the home while not using it so the need to monitor the temperatures remotely became important again. Two days ago I spent about 3 hours trying to connect again and still had no luck. I reached out to customer service for troubleshooting and Justin, an owner, responded almost immediately. After hearing my issues, he responded that it sounded as if there were a hardware issue and volunteered to replace it. Justin wasnt concerned that I had owned the unit for 18 months and he didnt require any documentation, proof of purchase (I was able to provide my amazon order number, but it wasnt a requirement), or a return of the defective unit. He just wanted to make things right. I just received a replacement unit exactly 2 days after first contact and I was able to connect to it and create an account in roughly 3 minutes. To be fair, I havent experienced the Gateway in action yet, BUT, the sensors are fantastic, setup is a breeze, and the customer service is unparalleled so I expect that the Gateway will be nothing less than ideal. Justin has created a customer and advocate for life and I will proselytize the greatness of SensorPush to anyone who will listen. Happy to answer any questions or elaborate if it helps in any way. Gateway does not work. You must be close to the sensor with Bluetooth to get any information

Update: May be good for training your toddler, but useless in real world applications. This system is weak and barely useable. Added a second H1 sensor, and this gateway will hardly pick up a signal from 15 away in plain sight, if through a wall, forget it. I used it with one sensor, and it was less than two feet away through a wall, not an issue. Just added a second sensor, and literally had to put the gateway in the crawl space under my house so it was in direct contact with one sensor, and within a couple feet of the second sensor, through the floor. If you have your sensors within a 10 radius, you should be fine. But for the money, this thing is useless, out over $200 on this junk

Does just what I wanted. I now have 2 for 2 different locations

I have 9 sensors spread throughout my restaurant. Needed 2 gateways to cover all the sensors since BT range is rather limited especially going through walls.. Support is excellent.
