> 3 daySensors connect via bluetooth with no problem, however, gateway would not connect via either bluetooth of ethernet, although my router sees the gateway. We just purchased a new freezer after losing over $2,000 worth of meat and I wanted a dependable way to monitor, while away from home, the freezer operation. Obviously this product does not fulfil that requirement. I have emailed their customer support twice with absolutely NO response. Also, the product came with no ethernet cable, although that is the alternate method for connecting the gateway, however, neither method worked. I most certainly would NOT buy this product again.

Greater than one weekGreat product. I tried a cheaper brand from Amazon and found out that I get what you paid for. This model with a thermometer tile is expensive but worth it. It hasn’t dropped signal at all. Great experience!!!

> 3 dayIve used a handful of very reliable SensorPush monitors for years now in various situations. Id always walk close enough to the monitors with my phone to get the data. With this gateway, I can get my data from literally anywhere. Works great and super easy installation. Just add it to your home network (just like adding a sensor) and plug it in near the sensors and it works. Very pleased.

> 3 dayUpdate 10/20/2020... After two years the batteries in both temperature sensors went low and I wasnt getting constant readings to my Phone... I replaced the batteries and both sensors reported directly to my phone, however I was unable to relink my gateway device for internet viewing... Once email to customer service and a replacement gateway was on the way. New gateway is installed, and I am overwhelmed as to how efficient this company is and how well their product works... First Rating report... After using the remote temperature & humidity sensor for a week on bluetooth in our commercial greenhouse with wonderful results I decided that I would like to monitor the greenhouse from my home so I purchased the Wi-Fi gateway... Should have read all the directions in order to set it up! The gateway did not work. At 2pm I sent off a description of my set up to customer support. At 3:15pm I got a full reply with a link to re-setup for my situation. Unit found my network, sensor now reports to my phone regardless of where I am. Great product, & great support.

Greater than one weekSo this device just saved a half cow and a whole Berkshire pig from being unusable. Durring a reshuffling of our basement (not naming names) our freezer got unplugged. I got an alert today saying the temperature was rising. Went down and found out that the freezer was in fact unplugged. Luckily the meat was still frozen. However if we didn’t have this, the meat would have sure been above temperature. This just saved us big time.

> 3 dayWe are not able to use this with our walk in cooler/freezer. It does not seem to get the signal through those walls. Its interesting because our cheaper basic wireless thermometers must be using a different wireless besides bluetooth because they go through the walls easily but bluetooth does not. When we open the door of the cooler, it gets a signal. So this will not work for our application. It was easy to set up and use when you can get a signal.

> 3 dayWhen I unplugged the unit and moved it, it wouldn’t automatically reconnect. Connecting it to the sensor was automagic.

> 3 dayWe use this in our weekend place to monitor both inside and outside temperature. It was easy to set up and the range between sensor and the gateway was fine for my application. The gateway (APP) has an alert feature, so it our place ever gets below (or above) a level I set Ill be notified. Being warned that its getting to cold can help prevent broken pipes. One nice feature is if you have access to a calibrated thermometer (like Fluke) you can use this to calibrate the sensor to within .1 degrees. Teamshorb
