> 24 hourThe vacuum is amazing however I had to take off stars for the misleading description. As you can see from my screenshot of the listing, it clearly states that a pet multi-tool and anti-allergen brush are to be included. When I opened it there was only the crevice tool and the regular dusting brush. As you can see from my 2nd photo (of the box I received), it was clearly NOT meant to include those other 2 tools as advertised nor were they included in a separate box. And as you can see from my 3rd photo, the model number matches up with the listing so it is obvious I was not sent the wrong item. Very disappointed considering I am a pet owner and those 2 tools were a huge reason I chose this vacuum and I was not expecting to have to purchase them separately.

> 24 hourDon’t understand why you don’t get all of the attachments shown. That’s the one thing that disappointed me.

> 24 hourI’m 75 years old and have owned more vacuum cleaners than I care to think about. I purchased another brand cordless vacuum stick last month and really liked it until it died after just a few weeks… Researching for a replacement with better reliability, I found this wonderful Shark Vacuum Stick…. My initial impression was that it’s a bit heavy and slightly clunky compared to the Samsung model I just returned, but after using this baby a few times I love it. It’s AWESOME! This Shark does a great job cleaning my dark brown bamboo floors and the area rugs in my 3000 square foot house without recharging. The Samsung had to recharge after about 1500 sq Ft. Emptying the large dirt bin isn’t an unpleasant experience, and after releasing the motor/canister from the stick I was impressed with how easy disassembly and reassembly went… At my age, dust on baseboards and chair rails, as well as some dirt in corners and other hard to reach areas has become the norm. My Roomba and the corded uprights just couldn’t get those hard to reach areas on the floors, and it’s just too hard on my knees and back to crawl around more than a few times each year. I found accessories on all upright cleaners too awkward and difficult to use…. but I was inspired by the Shark’s light weight and gave it a try… All I can say is WOW! Baseboards, corners and close to furniture and cabinets are now spotless! My house hasn’t been this clean in a long time… Best of all, I’m not exhausted from the task. LOVE my Shark cordless stick vacuum!!! Time will tell about long-term reliability and battery life. Some good news I found in my research… the replacement battery cost for the Shark is about half the cost of a Samsung battery. Next time this vacuum goes on sale I’ll be buying several as presents for friends and family! My advice is buy two or three of these…. One for yourself and one for your elderly parents/grandparents… they’ll love it and thank you for it! UPDATE**** Still going strong at about 4 months use. I ordered an extra battery, which is easily swapped out. Just push a button and the battery releases. I was given two Dyson V6 cordless vacuums by a neighbor who isn’t very mechanically inclined … The Dyson isn’t the latest model, but a comparison: After ordering aftermarket batteries, it was easy to remove a few screws and replace the originals. The Shark is quieter, easier to use, and definitely easier to swap a spare battery. The Dyson is a bit prettier, and may have slightly more suction, although it’s only a one speed suction. Both will get the job done. If you want to impress someone else, get a Dyson. If you want a better all around machine at a good price, get the Shark.

> 24 hourI am so impressed with this vacuum. My hoover went kaput after several years. I decided to update my vacuum. I was pleased to read about a vacuum that will not get wraps of hair in the brush! I have very long hair. I have 5 dogs as well. Nearly every other cleaning I had to haul the vacuum unto the bed, get a plastic bag and scissors and cut the length of the brush line and pull out all that hair. I knew I wanted a plugless, battery charged, stick vacuum. When I discovered Shark had one that claims a new design that would not get hair caught in the brush, I had to try it. It really works!!! I love it, highly recommend it! It also has a trigger for extra power when needed. I require it doing the carpets in the room with all the hair. Shark has extra tools for special jobs. The only con I can say about my shark is when using the attachments it feels a bit awkward using the pet hair attachment when I use on my bed comforter and sheets. I may have to just get used to the aerodynamics. This Shark runs 4 times longer with a charge than my hoover.

> 24 hourThis vacuum is good for vacuuming bare floors like linoleum and standard carpet. This vacuum is not good for shag or high carpet though. If you are looking for a vacuum that’s easy to use and easy to store then this vacuum is great. If you are looking for one vacuum that does it all then this vacuum is not for you. This vacuum has helped me stay on top of my chores. Before vacuuming was exhausting. Had to lug the giant thing out, mess with cords, stop and adjust the knob often, and couldn’t vacuum bare floors. But this new vacuum I can pop it out of the closet vacuum my bathroom, kitchen, and dining room in a couple minutes before I shower. The only thing that has got caught in the vacuum is when I’ve accidentally ran over bobby-pins. Hair has not got stuck at all. This vacuum moves easy so you can get under and between chairs easy. It has a light so you can see the floor. The attachments come off easily with a button. Easy to clean out. The battery dosent die absurdly fast and it has lights to show you how charged it is. Comes with a few attachments but you can get additional attachments or batteries or replacements on shark.com.

> 24 hourSo far I really enjoy this product, however the box shipped was not what was advertised. The Pet Multi Tool and Anti Allergen brush were not included in the box. I have been in touch with Shark customer service about the false advertising on this site. Hopefully they will send the missing parts.

> 24 hourUPDATE: I had to purchase a new head because the wheels are not removable to fix. That issue is not part of a warranty, shocker. The vacuum is (yes, believe it or not) heavy because it only has 1 wheel that is functional. Fun stuff paying an additional $50 for a vacuum I only purchased in August of 2022. The product itself is fine, it is sucking up dust, hair, cordless and small head so fits under furniture is a real bonus. The runtime is beyond inaccurate. I purchased in August of 2022. The runtime is currently 15-20 minutes, FULLY charged. Nowhere near 50 minutes as advertised! I do have the booster on when using it. I do feel that is very misleading of a runtime and should more clearly state the differences of using the booster vs. non-booster battery life.

> 24 hourThis is an okay vacuum. Its a little bulky and difficult to maneuver around furniture. It also puts off a weird smell, which I figured would go away but months later, its still there. The battery life isnt that impressive and it takes a little while to charge. The bottom roller piece constantly gets stuck in an upward position, making me stop to push it back down and thats probably the most annoying part. I do like how efficient the vacuum is, and that hair doesnt get wrapped around the roller. It does suck up a lot of dirt, especially on carpets.
