> 3 dayThis is a great vacuum. We used my daughter in law’s when they were staying with us, and I had to get one when she moved. The only reason for not giving 5 stars is, like many others, the piece in the picture was not included.

> 3 dayMy Shark vacuum stopped holding a charge less than a year after purchase. When I called customer service about my device not holding a charge, I was asked to pay $20 plus $10 shipping for a new charger, as this was apparently not covered under the warranty. The new charger did not change the fact that my Shark vacuum does not hold a charge, so I called customer service again. Customer service said they would send me a new device, though I would have to pay ANOTHER $20 or $30 for shipping. This was two weeks ago and I have no new device nor even a tracking link to show for the exorbitant shipping fee I paid on top of paying for the useless new charger. Customer service is clearly set up to get the customer to spend even more money before they will bother to help you. I was impressed by the product while it worked but the nickel-and-diming from customer service has ensured that next time, I will purchase a Dyson.

> 3 dayThis was the most expensive vacume Ive ever bought but I do not regret it at all. We got it for our camper trailer which has heavy carpet except for a small strip for the wood flooring in the kitchen and linoleum at the door and bathroom and this Shark doesnt care and it sucks up all the cat litter and the dry food they spill with great ease. The fact that it can be a handvac is a huge bonus as well. Very very easily take it outside and vacuum your cars or trucks. We havent used it for a long enough time to see if Sharks claim of the battery lasting 40 minutes per charge. (Complete) This is also the most smallest vacuum that fits with ease into our camper closet. Oh another expensive bonus is they have oodles of attachments you can buy for dang near anything you might to try to vacuum. Big thumbs up and depending how long it lasts, if a long time then I would buy another Shark without question.

> 3 daySo far I really enjoy this product, however the box shipped was not what was advertised. The Pet Multi Tool and Anti Allergen brush were not included in the box. I have been in touch with Shark customer service about the false advertising on this site. Hopefully they will send the missing parts.

> 3 dayAfter using this for 3 months, I’m returning the Dyson I bought less than a year ago for my guest house. This is more intuitive to use and has much better suction. When I push the Dyson around, it blows dust and hair away if it’s not right in front of it. The Dyson was also hard to empty. The cartridge just gets stuck and it’s hard to dislodge. I thought I just needed to get used to it, but when I got this for my main house, everything just worked and worked much better. The suction is great, and I love how well it picks up hair. Perhaps one of my favorite features is the size of the battery that pops right off so you can charge it anywhere. This is a huge convenience factor. I don’t have to have the vacuum stored near an outlet. It can be stored anywhere. This is hands-down a superior product. They thought of everything.

> 3 dayThis is a great little every day vacuum. I would not say it replaces like a bigger plug in vacuum, but I love to use it on the daily. It does well with human hair, dog, horse, and cat hair. It also does a good job with hay. Ive had this vacuum for 5 months and no issues, it hasnt even clogged once. My only complaint is that sometimes the wheels squeak (I just got a new shark lift away about 1 month ago and its wheels also squeak) overall a great vacuum for everyday messes especially with kids around. Bonus you can hook just the top canister part to the bottom and it makes the perfect toddler size vacuum

Greater than one weekI bought this vacuum on sale, and I’ve been using it for over 6 months. So, I will say that you should probably wait for their sale. I do not see the difference comparing to the Dyson. I use it on higher power all the time, and never had problem with battery.

> 3 dayI’ve only had this vacuum since last week so hopefully nothing goes wrong after posting this review, but so far I’m extremely pleased and happy with it. I had to return a different brand one because it quit working after a couple weeks and was on the lookout for a good quality one that didn’t cost an arm and a leg like some do. When I saw this one on sale, I decided to try it out. It really is great. The suction is awesome, the battery lasts long enough to do my entire 1,500 sq. foot house without even dying after I’m finished. I love that it has so many attachment pieces with it. Something I really wanted in a cordless vacuum was something strong enough to pick up dog food pieces and this does it with ease. I use it on both my wood flooring and my carpet. It works well with each and has different power settings on it. Heads up, it doesn’t come with a mount or stand. It says there’s a way to hang the head of it I think, but haven’t been able to figure it out yet. I just prop it against the trim of my wall because it won’t stay upright on its own. This is the least of my worries because it works so good. One other thing is if it starts to spit back out everything and not pick it up, make sure to remember to unscrew the piece on the very bottom of the vacuum head because it will get clogged and stop sucking up. I learned about this with my large corded Shark vacuum. Hope this helps anyone trying to decide!
