I am so impressed with this vacuum. My hoover went kaput after several years. I decided to update my vacuum. I was pleased to read about a vacuum that will not get wraps of hair in the brush! I have very long hair. I have 5 dogs as well. Nearly every other cleaning I had to haul the vacuum unto the bed, get a plastic bag and scissors and cut the length of the brush line and pull out all that hair. I knew I wanted a plugless, battery charged, stick vacuum. When I discovered Shark had one that claims a new design that would not get hair caught in the brush, I had to try it. It really works!!! I love it, highly recommend it! It also has a trigger for extra power when needed. I require it doing the carpets in the room with all the hair. Shark has extra tools for special jobs. The only con I can say about my shark is when using the attachments it feels a bit awkward using the pet hair attachment when I use on my bed comforter and sheets. I may have to just get used to the aerodynamics. This Shark runs 4 times longer with a charge than my hoover.

I bought this vacuum on sale, and I’ve been using it for over 6 months. So, I will say that you should probably wait for their sale. I do not see the difference comparing to the Dyson. I use it on higher power all the time, and never had problem with battery.

Love my cordless vacuum! Good bye brooms never want to see one again! It’s super easy to use picks up very good. I have pets so it picks up all the dog hair, dust, trash,etc. I wasn’t sure which cordless vacuum to buy , but this one is awesome!

Love almost everything about this vacuum. The reason I gave it 4 stars is because it does seem to clog really easily. It is really easy to clean, however.

Very disappointed— it will not even pick up dog hair from oriental carpets. It tends to clogge … would not recommend. I use it as a back up to clean corners and edges — but if you buy this as your main vacuum you are going to be disappointed.

Its a great vacuum. However there are a couple issues. What I received is different than whats listed. Mine has power fins and brushes on the roller instead of just power fins. Also, Im missing the anti allergen dust brush and pet multi tool. Pretty bummed because those are great to have as a pet owner. I was compensated fairly well for whats missing but I might return this down the line. If you buy one, make sure youre not missing anything. Btw, the box mine came in was brown and doesnt list the items Im missing are included even though the Amazon description says its included.

The vacuum is great! Suction is excellent and I love the new silicone paddles instead of the brush. Love going cordless! However ..... the placement of the heavy battery at the top of the stick is not great. Its too heavy for maneuvering and to hold up for 30 minutes. The head wont fit under any of my bottom kitchen cupboards so I end up sweeping anyways. ( the reasons for a 4 rating) Cost was a little too high to have these things to deal with.

These came well packaged. I can wait to vacuum and wet clean the floor

It works very well. Even with Cat and dog hair. I would recommend getting an extra battery. If your doing any kind of deep cleaning, you get about 45 minutes on a full charge.

Battery only lasted 15 minutes and only included 2 attachments...will try another shark cordless and hope for the best..
