I’m currently 8.5 months pregnant and have a 2 and 4 year old who demand snacks regularly and sneak them all over the house despite my best efforts. Our classic broom, mop, and cordless handheld vacuum just stopped being a practical option for me about a month ago because I can hardly bend down anymore. We live in a 900 sq ft ranch style duplex with all hardwood flooring and an HVAC system that is way too big for our unit, so dust spews out our vents like a leafblower. The VacMop is the single best, most convenient household item I think I could have purchased right now. It is super powerful, I just have to press a different button to switch to mop mode, and I don’t have small children pulling out the cord every time I try to vacuum. The run time is about 10 minutes but that’s enough time for me to cover the whole main level. Probably not ideal if you live in a house with tons of square footage. I run it after each meal, before bedtime, and after any craft/special activity cleanup - just sticking it back on the charger after each use. I never have to empty a filter or clean out a mop dispenser - it’s all contained in the same mop pad and drops into the garbage can with the push of a button. With frequency of use, one mop pad lasts several days. We went about a week without vacuuming/mopping while waiting for more mop pads to arrive, and I had to change the mop pad once during that first cleaning session (the floors were really bad). If you’re a zero waste person, you’ll probably want to stick with a mop with a reusable pad. Another review said they used warm water and Pinesol to save money rather than use the VacMop official mop solution. The official mop solution has a very mild smell and leaves the floor feeling really nice and clean - even where there was a sticky juice spill. There’s no leftover residue or stickiness. It works really well and you can use it sparingly enough that it lasts quite a while. Overall, I can’t think of how to make this product any better. A lot of my friends have robot vacuums which isn’t great for kids and they don’t have a mop function. This is cheaper and so much faster! Total approval from this very pregnant mom!

It doesnt have a bag or container for dirt/debris. It collects it all in a disposable pad thats hollow on the inside. Its similar to a swiffer wet mop pad. Shark could have EASILY made rinseable or emptiable pads, but chose to make them impossible to empty without ripping so that they can get more of your money. I guess thats so they can have the cheapest vacmop in market. Beyond the frustration of having to continually use new pad, the vacmop is super convenient. It does not work well if you try to vac and mop at the same time. Vac first, then mop. You can vacuum up debris you missed once you start mopping as long as its not too wet yet. I have two toddlers and its super convenient for after meal cleanup. Its probably the next best thing to a robo mop, but if you can afford it, Id go with the robo mop if you have toddlers like me. I dont know that theres anything special about the cleaning solution. Seems like you can use any cleaning solution. I didnt want to mix solutions so I mopped with just water in the tank first and it seemed to clean just as well as with the shark solution. Its a nifty tool. The headlights are cool. I think I can actually see more debris if I use the mop at night with the lights off. They have definitely left room in the market for a third party to start selling reusable/rinseable vacmop compatible pads.

This product is amazing!! If you have all, or mostly wooden floors, and kids or pets!! This is a GAME CHANGER!! Great product!! SHARK products usually tend not to disappoint.

Ive seen negative reviews of the VACMOP and so I wanted to share my positive experience. I was on the fence about this product because of the negative reviews but I decided to try it myself. This is not for deep cleaning; its for those crumbs that turn up out of nowhere or pet hair that gathers before its time for your regular deep cleaning routine. I absolutely LOVE this VACMOP for quick cleanup in my kitchen, bathrooms, hallways, entryway, backdoor dirt and anywhere messes happen. I no longer need to drag out the broom, the big vacuum and mop for pet messes. This works wonders and is super quick. And what Ive discovered is I can vacuum the cat litter that ends up beside the litter box and my little secret of stretching usage of the disposable pads is after I vac, Ill turn the pad opening over the garbage can and empty it....then Ill go in for a second and third vacuum. This allows me to get multiple uses out of one pad before using it to wet mop. I love the fact theres no need to touch any of the mess, you simply push the little button on the side and the pad falls into the garbage can and work done!!! This is a must for dog and cat people. Im amazed at how much pet hair and litter one pad will hold. Every morning I have to clean up the nibbles that get knocked over the side of pet bowls and this couldnt be any easier...I just grab the VACMOP and give it a couple of passes and Im done. I leave one pad on all day (unless I used it for cat litter) and that way I can just grab it and go. The magnetized charger is a nice touch, very easy. Thank you Shark for making this little gem that I dont want to ever be without! No more bending to pick up the odd crumbs on my floors!!!!! Thank you for this wonderful product!

Love this little mop-vac. Its so lightweight and easy to use without hurting my back. The only drawback is the battery life is too short. But thats ok, Id buy it again.

Best thing I’ve ever bought for my wood floors

So far I absolutely love this mop. So much so, this is the second one I ordered in the past 2 weeks. The first one for our camper this one for the house. The suction for picking up dirt is powerful. It stays charged long enough for me to vacuum then mop/vacuum my whole house. Probably one of my favorite things about it is the easy cleanup and not having to take it apart and wash the pieces. One click and your finished, right into the trash. I dont mind buying the throw away pads. ( I was actually able to use one pad for a week in our camper. I just used the vacuum feature until I cleaned the camper then mopped once with that same pad). I would highly recommend.

When I opened this package I was skeptical because of how small it was. I’ve been struggling to find a small and gentle vacuum that won’t ruin the laminate in my house. This little guy has way more power then you would expect! And it’s cordless!! I was able to vacuum my 1200 square foot house with zero issues in picking up dirt!!
