> 3 dayDoesn’t suction everything and battery dies after 10 min of use. It has to be fully charged to use which is really an inconvenience considering I have to do it every 10-15 minutes

> 3 dayIm a hands and knees floor cleaner - do floors get clean any other way? Recently interested in breaking into the knee-saving convenience of a wet-mop-vac. Years ago I tried swif wet jet and tossed it because of doghair and sopping disgusting pads that pushed around dirt. I would have spent much more, but the reviews on more complicated versions/brands always stopped me, so I decided to go basic and inexpensive. I was really averse to something complicated - maybe others are ok with that, my goal was SIMPLE, quick. After the first use, the Shark Hard Floor Vacuum Mop seems to be a very suitable introduction to the concept for me! The vacuum is actually quite adequate for doghair and loose debris in the kitchen. I first vacuumed the entire area prior to spraying (per instructions, not sure how I feel about vacuuming up wet/sprayed debris). One bad thing is that the trigger for the vacuum is under the crook in the handle, so I ended up hitting it A LOT by mistake as I got used to pushing it. The agility and twist is perfect, easy to handle and easy to keep straight on. The accuracy of the spray will take some time to get used to. The Shark VacMop Cleaner did fairly well - I saw streaks and footprints along the way, but as the floor dried they are not noticeable. An annoyance is that these mops are certainly ALL designed to be pushed FORWARD which when using wet, you cant help but leave footprints ... and its nearly impossible not to push back and forth over dirty areas. I accomplished a large kitchen and large bathroom with first use. I used 3 pads and less than a cup of cleaner. Took 15 minutes but I stopped to read directions etc. Im impressed honestly! I think it has potential to be quick, pretty darn thorough, and simple. My intentions are to try white vinegar and water, but the cleaner exceeded my expectations - I only kneeled down to scratch away a dirt spot a few times, and if I sprayed and came back to a spot in a minute or two it got almost everything. [PS my floor was REALLY dirty!] Also worth noting, was the light on the front, it is not super bright but helped see what was in front of the mop. It was impressive in the corners and along baseboards - no complaints (and I will get better at that as I see what works best for me). My recommendation is that if you are looking to try the wetvac concept, and want REALLY SIMPLE, this was well worth the fairly low price I paid. As the unit ages, I will update if I feel any differently. Overall, I believe I will use it (as opposed to something too big and time consuming) and I believe it worked very well for no knees. Price was easy. Its a YESSSSS.

> 3 day... for ongoing light duty, it does the job for me. If you have a lot of traffic which leaves a lot of dirt and debris on your wood/tile floors or you only vac and mop once a week or so, this probably wont do the job for you. However, if you do a light vac and perhaps spot mop every day, this is perfect. As a pick up the dirt, small debris and hair, daily, its great. As a quick clean up for that spill, its great. This is how I use mine. I use it in place of the dust mop I used to use daily, and I use it to quick mop the traffic areas, about every other day. I go over the entire floor dusting then come back and light mop, about 10-15 minutes. Toss the pad about every other day, after moping. I do not have kids but I do have 2 dogs and this keeps the kibble, dirt, grass and hair cleaned up. I still heavy duty vac and mop but now I think I will get by with an every other week routine, using this in between. It is super easy to get into small spots. You can use whatever cleaner you want. For $100, its a time saver. Well see how long it last but Shark products have usually held up pretty well for me. 4 stars for cost of pads only. Otherwise it does exactly what I wanted when I ordered it.

> 3 dayI have pets that are not always well behaved and they shed. Great for vacuuming around the litter box when they track the litter. Also good in the kitchen for getting around counters, table, etc. for crumbs, etc. My dogs leave wet paw prints and so easy to just spray and mop away. I have a large house and so I keep them in 3 different areas. I like the ones with the light so I can see under furniture. I like that they are rechargable so no cords to drag.

> 3 dayFirst off, I have a Shark Vacuum that has served me exceptionally well for 5 years now. I do take care of it and the fact is for carpet it is outstanding. I wash the filters frequently and replace the filters from time to time when they seem to be less effective. You cannot beat it for carpet. Thank you Shark people! We recently moved to a home that has a conservatory that is carpeted and I have an area rug in the living room. The remainder of the home is hardwood floors and vinyl tile. While having that combination is a great addition to our lives, it does get soiled and needs cleaning with more than a vacuum. I studied the options and decided what is ideal for me. I am in my 70s but not a weakling, however vacuuming (the carpet vacuum cleaner is heavy for me, the wet mopping with a rag mop, and hauling a bucket of water is a huge challenge as I have about 1400 sq ft of hard floors. I wanted a light weight, no fuss alternative and by golly, this Shark light vacuum and wash is most efficient. I went to Shark first because I love the vacuum cleaner I bought 5 years The new Shark Wet/dry mop is a bit more expensive than the other brand on the market. But that is the only comparison with the other brand that the Shark light vac/wet mop does not win. I mean it folks, this light weight battery-operated product is right there ready to go in my kitchen, its easy to use, its efficient and I can clean right when the mess is made with NO HASSLE. I highly recommend it. There is no cord to struggle with, it charges easily in about four hours, and can do about half of the hard floor in my house at a time. Frankly, if you follow the instructions word for word you simply cannot lose. It has no moving parts. The only thing you need to replace are the cleaning pads. They have a built-in vacuum compartment in the pad. You do not have to touch the dirty pads, there is an ejector. There is some critical points stressed in several other reviews that I found easy to avoid: 1. I cant get my whole house done on one charge. Ans: As you learn what works best for you, youll pick up speed. Or if you have a big house, you can plan to do the wet/dry cleaning over several days. 2. I forget to reorder the pads and cleaner. Ans: Use subscribe and save! 3. It leaves streaks of grit or whatever I am cleaning. Ans: Remember that you need to do the dry vac FIRST before you make the pad wet. If your floors are REALLY mingen (Scottish for filthy) you may have to change pads midway in the wet clean. You probably know ahead of time when your floors are extra nasty. Its also easy to take the wet/dry outside and run the pad over concrete to pull off excessive large dirt, hair etc. I also have a lab mix dog and she sheds all year long here in the South. This simple appliance picks up the fur completely on the hard floors. This is neat, lightweight and easily handled.

> 3 dayIm a little disappointed in Shark on this one. I guess its on me, but theres no charing holder for this, so you have to plug the little power cord in down by the base. I was expecting something more advanced from Shark. Its a great idea, and works pretty well, however after trying to vacuum the hair up, I did see a lot getting pushed around by the mop function. Not super expensive, so well use it for a while. Very annoyed it only came with 2 pads and not the 10.

> 3 dayI am so happy with this purchase! Great for a quick clean up! Vacuums everything up and then I can mop without getting multiple items out
