> 24 hourI ordered several brands of solar wire to test out various solar configurations in my new solar setup. This one appears to be the best. The sheathing covering the strand wire makes it more durable without being difficult to work with. I definitely can notice the improved quality of this compared to others. MC4 connectors went on without issues and this will be the wire I use for my permanent installation. I will update this review in the unlikely event I have issues in the future but from what I’ve seen I don’t expect any.

> 24 hourThis wire is sturdy but not too stiff so it is useful in different applications. I have used it in my car to run power to a small amp and it is working great! It should work just as well for solar applications like the description says.

> 24 hourI have a 16 aluminum Jon boat that I use in an electric only reservoir. I have 2 motors installed, one on the bow and the other on the stern. All batteries are in the rear-most area of the boat. 10AWG is too small of wire to support my 50A trolling motor, so I have that wired with 6AWG marine cable from another brand. What I do have wired with this red (and black) Shirbly 10AWG solar cable is LED lighting, navigation lights, fish finders (x2) and a stereo system. This is run from the batteries in the back to a fused distribution block at the front of the boat. Even though the insulation on this wire is quite adequate, I still ran it through a 1/2 PEX pipe for additional protection. The wire is very pliable to work with in warm temperatures and is still pretty flexible in the cold (38°). I reviewed the iGreely brand of 10awg marine cable and could immediately tell that the Shirbly has better insulation. I thought it was gonna be tougher to work with when bending in corners, but the wire insulation and copper is very supple. Im very happy with this Shirbly brand of cable and with the solar grade 10AWG wire from them. Ill be ordering different sizes from them in the future since the price is much more reasonable compared to other brands. I hope this information has been helpful to someone!

> 24 hourThis cable appears to be exactly as stated... 10AWG tinned copper PV cable. Its marked Kibor Cable as the manufacturer. Wire diameter was to specification. Total length was to specification I ordered. Materials appear to be as-stated, with tinned copper conductors and a very tough, durable UV-resistant insulation - as required for PV interconnections.

> 24 hourThis is a good quality 10AWG solar cable. The cable arrived well wrapped and tied in a sealed plastic bag. The stranded wire is insulated by a standard jacket and should give several years of life in harsh outdoor conditions. I was able to install MC4 connectors easily and securely (not included). This cable represents a good value.
